I LOVE this story! I'm re-reading once again (maybe fourth time in a number of years?) and enjoying it immensely. I love that Harry is having such a rich (culturally) childhood and school experience and all his talents are being encouraged. His canon life was so dreadful, with the Dursleys and at the ghastly Hogwarts (the worst school in the world in my opinion) and his canon life was just a series of tortures and setbacks. I dread when you send him to the cultural desert of Hogwarts, home of the bullies and bigots. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing this wonderful story.

Even though I am reading it 12 years after you finished posting, I find it easily on par with both oldeR and more recent works.
I appreciated the world building you did, making the background more complete and believable. My own inability to do that is the reason that all my works are still on my computer and not on the web.
