Oh, yes, this happens all the time-one of them is ready to settle down, having had too many adventures, while the other is ready to fly free and have some of her own.
I'm just glad they still love each other; this is a hard situation for both of them.

I have to agree with anon. OK, maybe Harry jumped the gun somewhat, want to ask her to marry him this early in the relation, but what kind of relation is it that she doesn't bother telling him about playing for the Harpies until after it was a done deal? Where was her consideration of his feelings? It was obvious from the story you never had her indicate to him this was even a possibility. Sorry, as written, the relation is all about her, and she's not very likable - and very much nothing like the character in the books.

Harry's nice, though unfortunately Ginny comes across as a cold character
