I watched Advent Children many times, and I did spot a few sexual innuendos, but my favorite one had to be when Cloud and Sephiroth were fighting, and Sephy said "On your knees, I want you to beg for forgiveness."

Then I realized, "That sounds so kinky!"

And I loves AC ever since.

I read this a while back and spent FOREVER looking for it. Finding it again made my day. Absolutely hilarious. Adding it to favorites. Cloud's gravity rand and Zack's spazzes throughout the movie were just phenomenal.

This made me laugh a lot. I will say though that I got into FFVII because of Advent Children. I watched back in the 10th grade on this boy's PSP in class and we didn't finish it, so I went home and found it on youtube. Ever since then I've researched the entire story, unfortunately I've never played the games but I REALLY REALLY want too. I've seen all the cut scenes from the other games they have, I know the background and the story because of the movie and I had no idea bout this. I knew of Final Fantasy but not this awesome series. Still a hilarious story but I think many people got into FFVII through the movie. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

and i totally agree with everything. you've made the poorly directed parts seem so much better. i'll never be able to watch advent children without cracking up now. zack freaking out about the sword and flowers was my favorite part.

I got into FF7 through Advent Children. Knew absolutely nothing about the game. Proceeded to read through everything because I absolutely loved the movie. Eventually purchased Dirge of Cerberus, and just last year Crisis Core. Also knew more about the timeline and series of events and characters than my other somewhat obsessive friends.

I literally took an obsession with this franchise into near-stalker levels with how much I read, learned, and giggled over. All because of Advent Children.

Just two days ago I finally, finally got the money to purchase FF7 over the PSN. I've never been happier. So frankly I think Advent Children is a wondrous way to get into the series. Everyone I know who wasn't around or older then 10 at the time FF7 came around got into FF7 through Advent Children. Honestly I would've never known anything about this series-or the Final Fantasy games PERIOD-if it weren't for this movie.

And the internet. But that should be a given.

Okay slight rant over with. I could go into detail why some of Zack, Cloud and Sephiroths comments don't apply to the FF7 universe but I figure you've at least played the original game and would already know of those comments. Besides, it's essentially crack and was humorous either way.

(they have to do with gravity breakage, and other deadly stunts that were mentioned btw)
