![]() ![]() ![]() i LOVE seeing a writer mention period cups. they've been a life-saver for all of us who work full shifts on our feet with little to no time to use a bathroom. thank you for not shying away from the "embarrassing and gross" stuff. 3 |

![]() ![]() ![]() Hi Kimpy I did enjoy you story . As a trained nurse from the late 1970's, I love reading about the going on at the hospital. Even in the late 70's the thing everybody said about nurse they wanted to marry a doctor . I live in the uk and I don't know if the hospitals work the same The hospital I trained at when I trained you trained at the nursing school attached to the hospital, but not all hospital trained doctor's . Now nurses trained in local university to the hospital but still not all hospitals class as training hospitals for doctor's . So when I trained there was not medical students just fully fledged doctor's . Of course in the mid to late 70's doctor's still thought themselves as god's and a lot of the consultant (the top doctor's) thought that patients just got in the way and liked to embarrass the patients . It has got a lot better now because patients will but a complaint in if the are asked to strip off in front of the other patientsI have seen) by the consultant . I have never worked in the picu but it sounds exciting . from burtjJoan) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I really, really liked this. Such a good story. Your Bella was a fierce, amazing woman. And don't get me started on Edward. Thanks for sharing this. I had a great time reading it ps: i thought they'd have at least two or three kids. seeing them stop at one was surprising |
![]() ![]() ![]() These two crack me up. Comic relief given by Jasper and Alice certainly helps |
![]() ![]() ![]() Jessica and Lauren give a new meaning to stupid. Bella and Edward give new meaning to bad luck. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Jessica ruined the moment |
![]() ![]() ![]() Underwear gift. hysterical pierced |
![]() ![]() ![]() Darling Bella is really and truly clueless and her bias against dating doctors may have led to this misunderstanding about sexuality of Edward. The talk about travel pals, English biscuits in the last chapter and the pie comparison cracked me up |
![]() ![]() ![]() Dr. Titmouse what a great name. Poor Bella, she is so oblivious. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Always learning on FF. Love the patient's mother thinking she had a disease OCD |
![]() ![]() ![]() GBF. oh, dear. The ruler thing cracked me up |
![]() ![]() ![]() Dedicated health care professionals go through experiences that we common folk have no idea |
![]() ![]() ![]() How did Emmett know about the blog? the story of why she became a nurse was hard to read |
