:D ooh Dean.
you really know how to pay close respect to the characters of the show, while twisting things around in a way that makes sense! ENVY.

I liked this! Of course, I'm of the sort that wants to see Dean and Sam defeat Lucifer as themselves, just to show that free will and humanity can win out in the end. But I think you kind of hit a middle ground here. Yes, Dean did allow Michael in, but it was only after they set up their own little coo, so it was actually like using Michael as a weapon to stop Lucifer instead of the other way around. That's clever and I could kind of live with that kind of ending. I mean, Michael promised not to leave Dean a quivering mess, right? So letting him in to do the dirty work may not actually be a bad thing - but I'm still hoping for something more... Winchester-ish. And that is my word for that day. Nice job!
