Ya... i wouldn't necessarily dumbles is evil. But i mean... a lot of things that he does could be said, it was evil? The road to hell is paved with good intentions after all.

I completely agree with harry, it's not his job to 'save' everyone. The sheeple need to learn at some point. There's an old adage, that says if you give a man a fish he'll eat for a day... if you teach him to fish he'll eat for a lifetime. If they just hand things to wizarding briton they won't appreciate it, and more so even people like molly and arthur would probably chaff at it.

Let's not forget arthur was ill-suited to being the head of the muggle department of whatever at the ministry. And it's very likely he got that job in the first place because he's a pureblood, not that he was the best fit for the job.

Hermione, really was just forgotten in general or cast aside. Ron's attitude in the canon seemed to be what everyone else's as well.. he didn't say it but his actions said it enough... 'worthless, smart-mouthed, mudblood that doesn't belong in our world'.

Ron was behavior was very similar a lot of people in canon, only difference between ron and draco in the canon was ron didnt' call hermione a mudblood, and draco did.
