I agree with your analysis about both Snape and Dumbledore. I'm enjoying this story so far.

The only possible reason the Dursleys wouldn't go too far with physical abuse would be read of accidental magic. I certainly agree they're the type to do it.

whyyyyyyyyy does every story have to go the "Dumbledore's manipulations" route. christ give him a break and let him be a surrogate grandfather for Harry.

This was an epic story. But imho it needed a good epilogue or at least one more chapter of fluffy goodness to wrap up all the awesomeness.

Great chapter but there’s a small logic/plot error: they portkey the guards out yet they themselves have to swim out beyond the wards to portkey out, and couldn’t portkey in, ergo it was impossible to portkey the guards out.

this is probably the second time I've read the story and both times I enjoyed it

Just started this and I love it but...the invisibility cloak was a Deathly Hallow so how on earth did Harry buy one for Hermione.

This was a beautiful and sweet story.

I particularly liked the way how the concept of love was depicted. Especially these two.
Their love is a perfect example.

The plot and characters were overall well written and interesting to read.
