Hey, I know you explained about Phillipe and Raoul's relative, but is Ponine's 'father' (NOT Thernadier), Comte Gerard Erik etc named after Gerard Butler, the 2004 movie version of Erik ( in Phantom)? Cos' Gerard really wasn't a popular name back then I don't think. Anyway, I thought the first chapter or so was alright, wasn't sure of it, but kept reading anyway. The next few chapters were stunning! This was beautifully written, and I felt each emotion as it came to pass. Despair, Horror, Anger, Beauty, Love, Amazement, Excitement, Revelation, and much, much more than can be put into words. I was so excited by Eponine finding Marius, and guessed who 'The Hawk' was, and yelled and clapped and laugh out of joy when Marius Pontmercy (Pontcy-why did you change his name? I'm not accusing you-I actually think it's quite smart!) whispered "Ponine...". I liked the way you married him to Cosette (I know this already happend in the Musical but yeah), and made him take over Valjean's business, etc. This is an amazing story, I want to slap and just about KILL that bastard Antoine, and... I don't know what to say. This was GENIUS, genius, genius, well written, takes your reader into the story, uses their imagination, can (possibly) relate to them, provokes emotion, and so many more things. I think the only thing I can complain about this is there is only 11 Chapters! -Erika, age 10-12 P.S.-THANK-YOU! |
