2021 is only seven years from now. Will there really be fingerprint-reading doorknobs and epaper? Well, I suppose in the Stargate world, technology is advancing faster than our own, with scavenged technology leaking into the world market.

I can't wait to see what happens when the clerics are shown how to use the wall TV. Think of all the weird stuff on local access channels, never mind programming ranging from Masterpiece Theater to mud wrestling and reality shows, not to mention reruns of Star Trek. :)

I have strange feeling that advantures of this missionaries would be quite funny to read.

It's very interesting that 9/11 and the was was mentioned. Considering what the colonials did was FAR worse, I don't understand why they were not destroyed militarily, especially since only 20 years have passed since 9/11. There is no way the US would let such an attack slide.

The religious group's experiences can be interesting, or even funny. We'll see how it develops.

Glad to have u back, the changes to earth will be interesting, I would think the new technology would have made tremendous steps to at least reducing poverty (with nearly unlimited resources, energy, and everything else). Keep up the good work and update soon.

I really liked this story. But the colonials should have been blown to atoms.
They are religious nuts of the nuttiest kind, hoping for that sequel where they try to convert the masses they almost killed with atom bombs.

That will go over like a bucket of lead, also I'm thinking that most of earth is becoming less religious as the fact that most religions were the snakeheads.
