Another good story to enjoy from you. I think that the shock of the clones' betrayal would resonate, U or AU, but more pressing than that is the knowledge that there aren't Jedi around to save them. Liking Dooku's intelligence not being drowned by his arrogance; what sort of leader will he make for the Republic/Empire? Will it be a political takeover for Dooku, as it's a little difficult to think of him as pulling strings from the inside; whatever, looking forward to this story.

They're all right! Yes! Well, Obi-Wans' not dead, so I guess that ounts as being 'all right.' I hope other Jedi survived. Yes, Anakin, I think Obi-Wan will forgive you. Oh God, Padme...She'll think Anakin died, won't she? Very good!

Uh - oh. Now they're stuck on some planet with their allies hunting them...not good. I guess the two of them just don't manage without getting into trouble continuesly ;)

Somehow it always seems to be Obi-Wan who's hurt, poor man.

Ahem. Yes. Well, Dooku I can imagine would be a tricky character to write, but you had him down very well. Though I confess, I do much prefer reading your Obi-Wan, who might I say you have absolutely perfect.

This chapter is absolutely amazing. Your style, your characterisations - I am so in awe of your talent. Obi-Wan's emotions and thoughts are so resonating with the reader. You have a way of making me breathless with those action scenes. You write so well from the present tense - it's always been a struggle for me, and you make it seem so effortless.

And oh Gods, this part was so incredible:

Anakin's part was just as amazing. You write both characters so well, though I confess I do prefer Obi-Wan. XD Anakin's raw fear for Obi-Wan says so much about the intense brotherly bond they share. When Anakin was listening to Obi-Wan's heart beat, I was tearing up. I don't know how you do it, but it seems no matter which medium you use (YouTube or fanfiction) you have that uncanny ability to involve me so deeply into the story that I am *that* affected.

Anyway, thank you so much for writing this, and I can't wait for the next chapter! (Please don't keep me waiting too long...? XD)
