Ooooh, evil Nelly! Interesting indeed. I like the tone, and you've used the right type of language to good effect - tres nice! I do think, however, that poison is just a little far-fetched - not even Heathcliff actually killed directly anyone (although I know some people think he was the cause of Cathy's and/or Linton's death). But that's just my personal opinion. Other than that, I liked it ]
| Winter Blake chapter 1 . 4/24/2011
Oh please consider finishing the story? I really enjoyed it.
| Ivy Rangee chapter 1 . 1/18/2011
You got the language and atmosphere very well.
It seems you discovered the identity of the true monster of Wuthering Heights.
I shall say no more so as not to spoil the story!

This is great, it's not too easy to read, but that is a good thing, because WH itself was often quite hard to read, because of the language and stuff, so that shows that you're written it well.
It's a interesting start as well. You've made a valid point about whether Heathcliff and Cathy would be happy. When I started reading it I was all 'OMG HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT? THEY BELONG TOGETHER' but the further I read, and saw Nelly and Lockwood's points, I saw how Nelly could be write. It's hard to know if they would've been happy or not, no doubt they needed each other. Strange how love works.
Please write more soon :D
