| Kelsbury chapter 1 . 4/24/2011
That was amazing! I loved the change of Puck throughout the story and you got his character down perfectly. I also like how his Dad wasn't actually a terribly awful guy, like he's sometimes portrayed to be - it makes a nice change!
Loved it! I'm gonna read some of your pther Puckleberry stories, because they are the best pairing ever!
P.S - Puck's email adress - puckmehard69 - had me laughing for about twenty minutes. :D
| Ashley chapter 1 . 7/13/2010
This is so realistic; heart breaking and hopeful. I love reading this, so much so I keep rereading. I like Johnny and that he didn't just up and leave and you show that real life is complicated and stuff happens. They're people in this, not 2D figures on paper. I like Rachel's attitude when she takes Noah to see his father and how he copes with sex. It seems like characteristics they would have. I also really enjoyed Noah comparing them when it comes to loving women who might be better them and how his story isn't finished. The openness of the ending is maybe my favourite part. It's optimistic and open, which is so much better then happily ever after.
Listening to Thunder Road just makes it extra better.

I really really really loved this! I always pictured Noah's dad as this horrible, dead-beat guy that just left. You put a completely different spin on it (he left cuz of sarah and stuff) and it made me see Noah and his father's relationship in a new light. LOVE IT!

i almost DIED at noah's choice of a replacement middle name! that was hilarious.

I certainly dig the scenario you created in this particular fic. It's very different from the fics I've read and so far I think you two are the only ones who fleshed out old man Puckerman in a way that you can't help but adore the dude. He's got some redeeming qualities and I am really glad that Noah and Johnny are on their way to fixing things that have been broken years ago. I'm not saying it will be a smooth ride but I would like to think that along the way, they will uncover something in each other that will make them realize that their relationship is something worth driving interstate and mending broken relationships.
| Sarah chapter 1 . 3/29/2010
This has to be one of the best Glee stories I've ever read!
Reading this kind of made me wish this really happened on the show. Ryan Murphy and friends, please note. :]
The bits on Puck's childhood and early friendship with Finn made me smile; I'd love to see you write a follow up story to do with it, and maybe even include little Rachel.
Overall, a wonderful read!

That was really good! A very interesting way to frame Puck's dad leaving. Great job!

Just want to tell you how much I love this story!
| Clear Plastic chapter 1 . 3/28/2010
Oh my God, this was fantastic! I'm amazed at how beautifully written this is. It's just... oh my God, I don't even know where to start. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. The part about being cursed to love women who are too good for them nearly made me cry. So beauitful.
| MAWVi chapter 1 . 3/28/2010
This is such an amazing story! I love how you began with Puck's birth, and really fleshed out Dee and Johnny's relationship and back story; it was such a fresh angle to work from. Plus your writing is just wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this!
