![]() ![]() Man I was 17 when I last read this story. Ithought you would never finish it. I am glad I checked this story out again. While I would have been fine with Freddy winning I guess that would have been a bit anticlimatic. Ending was great |
![]() ![]() GodDAYUM. I always loved Rorschach. He's literally crazy in human form. Hell, i love oge all of them. But damn, Rorschach is my spirit animal. There was no other way it could have ended. And no better way. It had me weeping. Thank you. |
![]() ![]() ![]() WHAT THE FUCKIN HELL MAN. WHAT DID THE SILK SPECTRE DO TO YOU HUH |
![]() ![]() ![]() WTF?! Did they ALL DIE?! In the movies some stupid teenagers handle Krueger and here a bunch of strongest smartest dudes fail. v_V |
![]() ![]() ![]() EW! |
![]() ![]() ![]() You had me in tears when Daniel died. Love the story. Though, I don't think I'll be reading it for fun unless I really want to make myself sad. |
![]() ![]() ![]() No...Where's the end? |
![]() ![]() ![]() I seriously almost started crying at this chapter. It was bad enough that Ror's face is missing halfway through, and then he runs smack into Dan, and Dan is like der-der-der, and makes him all but Explain it. Poooooor Ror. I love the way you do it, though. It's very moving. I kind of can't wait till Adrian dies. |
![]() ![]() ![]() no, wait, wow. One thing, though. *looks around and hopes no one notices the first hand experience involved in this knowledge* It's really hard to cut letters into skin. That's part of the reason, in the movies Freddy just signs his name or his initials. Jamming that much text on a guy as small as Ror would be REALLY pushing the limits of how legibly one can write in human wounds. |
![]() ![]() ![]() And then there are the Nightmare fans who saw Watchmen for the first time and screamed "FREDDY!" Though, I'm sorry, your Jackie Earle Haley, though fantastic, will never come close to the claws of my Robert Englund. |
![]() ![]() Wow. I'm not a horror person and keep a safe distance from movies like the Elm Street series. I also only recently found Watchmen. I started reading this story because I was curious, and I found I couldn't stop! I could feel the tension building, and very unexpected things started happening. I REALLY want to know what happens when Rorschach and Freddy have their epic showdown. Can't wait to see what happens! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh. My. Gosh. You're the guy. You're the writer-you're like my favorite writer on this site! I started reading one of your other stories, a Dark Knight one, like right after the movie came out in theaters. Impromptu Affair! You pretty much re-newed my faith in this site, y'know, and convinced me that there are actually some worthwhile writers hanging out around here. I used to check Impromtu Affair's web page at least once a month just to see if you updated! And then... THEN I FOUND THIS, YOU BEAUTIFUL PERSON YOU! A Nightmare on Elm Street and a Watchmen crossover... Glorious! You're just so spot on with characterization and so funny with the dialogue. So many people mess up with those two. I can't believe you actually killed everyone off though. That's amazing writing to be able to pull that off-too many people are too scared, and the story just winds up lacking. But not you! Rorschach is, seriously, my favorite Watchmen character, and watching the Nightmare remake sorta turned me into a Jackie Earle Haley fan. You have taken it to its logical conclusion. Thank you. |
![]() ![]() Absolutely loved it so far! Keep up the excellent work. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Rorschach alone? Can't say I didn't see that coming, though the incident with the two Fakes did get me going for a moment. Though it seems odd that Kruger would keep Rorschach alive, it seems to be the fatal flaw of all horror villans: They take their damn time. Plot's still moving fast, and I found no errors in spelling, spacing, etc. Good job. ~S-A128~ |
