Another picture perfect story I am left in awe!

You have a rare gift of leaving me melted into a pile of emotional goo without once committing the cardinal sin of making House soppy or sentimental, or Wilson seem pathetic or needy. You have sculpted them so carefully that their fine prickly edges that make them so complex remain undulled!

Great job! I loved that beginning line, "House imagined an army of oncology nurses staring disapprovingly across the battlefield, ready to commit acts of passive aggression on behalf of their leader." :D That was awesome! Loved the story. *adds to favs*

Very IC for both parties. I found this story moving and tender in an understated and subtle way. The friendship between House and Wilson is perfectly illustrated by their actions. Well done.

You have a nice way with words. A good character study of House and the nature of his friendship with Wilson, caustic thoughts and comments included. House doesn't come running whenever Wilson whimpers, but he's there when he's needed.

This one is good:

"What do you need with zebras when you're a horse whisperer?"

It captures the difference in their respective tasks, House looking for the unusual, whereas Wilson has to mend the warped normal.

This was beautiful! Your House is just perfect, and poor Wilson, his good deed just shattered. I'm so glad to see a well done (non slahs) followup to "Wilson". I was blown away by this! Thank you!
