u 'explained' ...i see no solid reason there for the drawing and the jutsu. a tip that u probably don't care about but...revealing future plot is just uncool, for readers who "predict" the plot, it's just so much info that dampens the joy of reading

I'm sure the kid getting some credit for his work wouldn't kill the whole 'neglect' vibe. Is it that hard to find other more legit reasons that can be easily and logically stolen? The sketches? please signatures exist for a reason(don't tell me it can also be copied cause the whole point of signatures is that they're the symbol everyone acknowledged as yours. The genjutsu? a repeat on any Konoha ninja even without their consent. #stress anyway the key point is that the thief can't do what u can doif this Naruto is so smart i don't see why he hasn't noticed that yet (besides plot reasons ofc)
