Well-written and a decent start distracted by the confusing distortion of history which utterly broke the flow. I wish the A/N at the start had been junked into the end and only a couple of sentences at the start told us history was different so don't worry about it. That would have changed my reading of it completely.

The revelation of who the Emperor was really shook me and I swore out loud! I truly didn't see that coming.

Overall, promising.

I like your story even though harry is a bit too perfect and your americanisms are too blatent. We have pennys and not cents. There isnt a major general ramk and they dont have beards and they dont have stars on their shoulders. Youve done alot of research of training facilitys but not of the rank structure.

Feels like you're gearing up for Harry to make a choice between his Empire or Elicia.
She seems to be seizing control in his cabinet and forcing him in her vision.

I love how you blend magic and technology together. I also really enjoy the politics, the warfare, the spying and you've even made me care about all the OCs. It feels more alternate history than fanfic.

Why did Harry only have one kid though? It would make more sense for a monarch to have several potential heirs. And will the Minerva AI come up again?

It just seems their moderate faction can do no wrong. They are always correct, issues that come up between a harsher war and saving the lives of soldiers are never brought into question. Harry himself said Hughes was getting pushed out, and Sirius denies silencing him. While objectively we know that's true, shouldn't Harry already know this? Maybe he does but considering we get each person's thoughts as it's their POV. It bothers me Harry almost never thinks about how the court politics are going down. Why have there never been consequences for the moderate faction? Maybe I haven't reached that point yet, so hopefully after this state of emergency session they will get something to go wrong. Not just being bothered by the existence of Hughes.
