Part of me is still in awe of this fic, while the other half dances with glee every time you update it. For all the work I assume you put into it with research on top of the time spent writing it, it really does deserve more reviews etc.

Keep up the amazing work. I look forward to seeing Harry's rise to power, and the conspiracies against him as the Order, the Death Eaters and foreign influences try to fight back.

Amazing story. I just finished reading all your stories (took me about 2 weeks) and I loved all of them. So radically different from them all. Imperialism in Harry Potter has not been covered very well, to my knowledge, and its refreshing to have a well-written piece of fan-fiction which does not force a reader to go, "Oh damn! Not another cliche!" And yeah. Amazing battles. Really.

I found you when you started your dark wars, and I lost you when you started in on the fifth one because I could not follow your story arc...I am sad to say that I was tempted to remove you from my alert list.

May I say that you are AWESOME! This Story is effin epic, and I am hooked entirely. The plot is beyond well developed, it is brutally realistic, and while everyone is waaaayyy out of character, it is a refreshing kind of change.

Wow, so it looks like Harry has gotten a good section going there now, and with his moving on up, it looks to me like plans in plans ae building but good, and can't wait to see what happens next time as things in those plans start to meld and mold the world around them.

I was waiting for the next arc. I know seeing the war was quite necessary otherwise it would have been kind of unrealistic to see Harry rise in power.

I'm eager to see what kind of role Neville will play in future chapters. Should have known his experience with Death Eaters would be more important then him being transformed into another war mage that fights regular soldiers.

PS: Is it intentional or coincidental that your "battle magic" makes me think more along the lines of Full Metal Alchemist, less along the lines of "Harry Potter meets Modern Warfare"? No less awesome, just a matter of flavour.

Quite a chapter and quite a gamble Harry pulled. In fact, his whole life plan is a gamble but then, he'd have to in order to fulfill his ambition. What will the wizarding populace think now? I'd like to know about his family's reactions. Don't worry about how long it takes for each chapter. I understand about writer's block, having had it a couple of times myself. :) I will be waiting patiently for the next one. Well done with this one.

love the fic, the final showdown of the Spanish war was a great read ) Neville seems to be coming in to his own with a serious love of earthen spikes ) although now that I think about it, wish there was a bit of information on those plants he used to bloodlessly subjugate the first through third patrols they ran in to. Was a bit surprised at how long Harry waited before unleashing the contingency seeing as he was pretty much gambling on Neville doing enough damage to cause some chaos which, when you take in to account the width and breadth of the Spanish army, seems a tad bit inconsequential? the Prime Minister getting nabbed was a bit of luck after all. I suppose it makes sense in hindsight if one takes in to account that Harry would /still/ have been beaten or atleast found himself in a very risky situation with only the contingency, no matter how victorious they seemed to be at the outset, hmm. Remus' bit was a bit of a .. eh, idk, not as well written? the whole 'so tell me again..' skit, going over how idiotic the Spanish PM seemed just a tad bit too forced, like it was for the benefit of the reader. And as you say, i guess the opening dialogue was a bit odd (though i was irked by Remus' dialogue more) but i tacked that as having not read this fic in a long while and still trying to place myself into the current timeline. guess the only thing that irked me was Neville's honesty in that, i'd have thought he'd assume Harry just had a conniving scheme of some sort to mix benevolence into his violence or somewhat. then again, i recall a very specific set of circumstances that got Neville out of Azkaban and into the army which i've partially forgotten the details for so that might have been the cause for how he did react? Anyways, absolutely love the fic, and cant wait for the next arc to begin ) hopefully not as long a wait? ;)

Excellent chapter as always, i dont know if i should keep reading as you update or wait until you finish the whole story and the read it all in one go, its that good, the spanish dialog was good, i live in Argentina, i m really enjoying your story, oh, and i may have asked already, but when are you doing the epilogue for " the Dark Wars", i really loved that story too, and i just wanted to see how it ended after the epic final battle .
