You certainly seem to be experienced with finishing chapters with great sentences. )

I love both endings, and I'm so very pleased with the whole story and what you've done.

I certainly wouldn't mind a sequel to either ending. P

Dangit, I might hafta do this in two reviews, because character limits are not my friend. I yammer too much. I'll review the first ending first.

Amazing. Bittersweet and powerful. I got genuinely ding-dang SAD reading this, and any time you an make a reader feel something, I say that's a victory. You made me feel, and sadness is a harder emotion to make people feel than happiness. Humor is easy; tragedy is not, and you did a great job at the tragedy, lemme tell you.

And the end was satisfying-especially the last line. I don't think I'll forget that in a long time. I'd say Bioware would be proud if they read this, and I don't say that lightly! The underlying theme of Tali and Legion's relationship being more important than just two individuals really came across and smacked you in the face in this ending.

And as for the alternate ending:

Loved that, too, and not just because Legion was saved, but for the wonderful interaction between them. Legion and Tali have such an interesting dynamic, and you did such a great job of it when one of them was unconscious that seeing them fully aware of one another was a real treat.

And the mental image of Legion blindly struggling on the table really tugged at my heartstrings. At this point what was supposed to be a sophisticated review has turned into some manner of rambling list, so I'll say a few other things I liked:

-Character dialogue, particularly Kasumi and Zaeed's. Spot-on! What all fanfic writers aspire to!

-The boardroom scene. I loved the mental image of Miranda keeping a meeting going, to everyone's chagrin, because I can easily see that happening.

-Just the whole ding-dang thing.

Great job! You are very, very good at this, and this story is one of my absolute favorite Mass Effect fanfictions. Bravo! Here's looking to more!

I loved this story.

You took Tali's animosity towards Legion in this and handled it extremely well. Also good job on handling her conflicting thoughts about handling the "dead" Legion.

The alternate ending was nice, and while I like happy endings in overall, I preferred the first ending alot more. It fits the general feel of the story much better, and it touched me emotionally much, much more. And the ending line was just grand.

i like the 2nd one better personally but that's just because imo legion is awesome lol

I enjoyed both endings and thought both were completely authentic to the storyline you crafted...but I've always been a sucker for happy endings, so I must admit the alternate ending I like just a teensy bit better. Excellently written, I've thoroughly enjoyed reading this and hope to read more from you soon!

I love that you wrote an alternate ending! Cuz that's exactly how ME works hehe. I think about things like this sometimes, glad to see it in practise. Really loved the whole story, represent Tali's nervous intelligence beautifully.

Magnificent. Brilliant. Superb. Synonyms be damned, this is officially my favorite fan fiction of any genre. I applaud your efforts in crafting this story for it is both an original and worthy addition to the Mass Effect universe. Now that I have fully inflated your ego I shall wander off to find another story to fawn over, if there are any that can best yours.

ONCE AGAIN I SPAZZ and fail to review your last chapter, but I read it, and I liked it a lot, trust me. Your character dialogue is great! If I imagine them speaking in their actual in-game voices, it works! Keep up the good work there. Characterization can be hard.

Your action scenes are also a joy to read. I may have said that before, but they are, so I'll say it again. JOY TO READ.

And, aww, poor Tali. Since this story is categorized under "Tragedy," I won't get my hopes up that she can save Legion, and I'm sure even if it ends sadly, I'll still love it, cause it's a damn good story. If she does manage to save it, however, I'll probably pee myself as a side effect. Or something.

ANYWAY. Great job! And, as always, I look forward to more!

I always liked legion, and he always seemed like a hero to me. A fighter to the end you could say, may tali succed in his ressurection.
