Fantastic first chapter! I can't wait to see how everything progresses. The usual questions like, what happened to him to become homeless at 12, why bella (which i assume is the one that got attacked)was all bruised up and dirty, how will they meet again.

I hope there's some interaction between Edward and Jacob. Making Jacob crazy and thinking he's Sam, who is the leader of a pack was just pure genius! Very unique (for me anyway), love it!

Great first chapter! Can't wait to read more!

This is a really good start! And it's so true about Portland too, unfortunately.. nice setting though. Oh, one little correction.. it's the Willamette River running through downtown, not the Columbia River (that one runs between Oregon and Washington). Lol!

Poor Edward, having to live on the streets, in Portland, one of the worst cities to be homeless in, since he was twelve. I can't help but wonder what happened, and how he managed to stay out of the system for so long. Will he ever explain or talk about that? And I'm guessing that was Bella who he saved from getting mugged, the 'princess'? Lol! Poor girl, what happened to her?

Oh, and Jake. Lol! Thinking he's Sam, leader of the Pack, and growling at people. Wow, talk about split personalities. Lol!

I hope you update again soon, I really like this and can't wait to see where it goes from here!
