I don't think I rebuilt a home not a car is a spoiler for Swan Song, I knew it was they're only home years before when it was wrecked by the semi.

Both of these drabbles are wonderfully Winchester, nice peeks into the hearts and minds of Sam and Dean. I love it!

Gorgeous! Loved especially the second one - such a wonderful bridge between the "good ol' times" and the "bad news" :-) This car IS a central character, and it's nice to think of Dean lovingly placing back the memories to where they belong. Even if I wasn't too happy about the scene in Swan Song when Sam only comes to the surface after a glance at the little soldier (well, ok, nice symbol I guess), not at his hardly recognizable brother... Thanks Edina :-)

you have an excellent flair for ending lines! "I didn't rebuild a car Bobby," he thought. "I rebuilt a home." I absolutely love it! So so true!

"but right now he was grateful to his Dad for teaching him the most valuable lesson of all; how to save his brother's life." I absolutely love that line! Very nicely written!
