This story is coming along great- and this chapter was excellent! I loved the clever and unique ways you used to bring everyone down in age. I loved Filch. And I really thought it was sweet how Harry and Draco flattered McGonagall down through the years. Aw, of course Harry's going to think of the cupboard...

You're doing a lovely job...I love how you ended the chapter. It had that cliff-hanger feel, but it was more hopeless and sad than anything. Nicely done :)

Dear Heavens! I can't recall the last fic that sucked me in and wouldn't let me go until I'd finished the whole thing in one sitting. You should see my posture... As each chapter got more and more tense, I kept hunching further over the mousepad, leaning toward the monitor screen to drag in the words... This is just incredible! The whole thing about the age shifting and the magic siphoning away has just got me enraptured! I think this is one of the most suspenseful fics I've ever read and I can hardly wait to see what happens next! Thank you so much for sharing this particular vision of the Potterverse!

I've read your "Another Snape meets the Dursleys" story and thoroughly enjoyed that, but this one is definitely something else! Extremely well-written and the concept and plot is very original - I haven't read anything this original for a long time actually, and I've been gobbling up HP fanfics the last couple of months. Hoooray! A new chapter! I loved the scene where they caught the runaway Door! And Harry's description of Filch climbing him like a ladder! (Why doesn't the time-slippage affect Filch like the others? Is that one of the spells that Squibs are immune to, or do you have a different reason in mind?)Yes, Filch always does try to say "please" and "thank you" to the Doors. I also really liked the "shortcut" remark. And Filch's reaction to the sight of Cedric.

That Healwell Salve is expensive stuff! I liked the way that everyone was concerned about making sure that it was used on the most needy. Poor Flitwick... hope he's going to be okay!
