I hope you editing this recently means you are planning a new chapter soon...cuz I'm dying to see what happens! Love your stories!
| fuck it chapter 6 . 6/25/2013
This story is so draggy. Just let kakashi fuck her.
| Tarani Bosatsu chapter 1 . 5/20/2013
Oh... the day was so boring that I came back to re read this again, needed my dose of kakasaku otherwise this world will drive me crazy (sort of like Kakashi and his Icha Icha haha). And I couldn't stop replaying the images that this story triggered in my mind since I began reading it. Thanks :)

I hope you eventually find the time to update this fic, I'm loving it... it's not usual for me to a 100% like how someone's write about them both (Kakashi and Sakura), you do it beautifully, it's like seeing them in a movie and feeling all that tension, but the "intelligent" kind of tension if that makes some sense. Good writer indeed. Thank you for writing and sharing :)
| filler-name-deleted-account chapter 12 . 3/3/2013
I'm really enjoying this story so far. So much, in fact, that I'm extremely upset that it's not finished yet. This is actually why I try to avoid reading WIPs, because I'm simply not a patient person, and even less patient when I get really into a story. Like in this case. I have to admit that I'm really reassured that you've written on your profile that you haven't abandoned it and I'll hold you to that. It's the only thing preventing me from banging my head on the cement wall repeatedly to give me enough brain damage to forget I ever read the story to save me from the agony...but I won't get into that not-so-tasteful hypothetical reaction.
Considering the level of this story, I absolutely cannot believe how little attention it has gotten if review count is what we rate a story's success on. It's a high quality and really interesting fic. I've been prowling around the KakaSaku fandom ever since I got into it. This is relatively recent, but I still feel like I've read almost all the stories that are worth reading. But lately I've been proved wrong on more than one occasion and I find myself coming across great stories like this that have very little recognition, so I think I might've just exhausted the source of the well-known and popular fics that everyone in this fandom seems to know.
I seriously love the dialogue you use. I'm really big on dialogue and how important it is to get it right and you really did it. It's beautifully done. If I stare at a line or a whole section of lines and just enjoy how cleverly it was executed (which I did) then I feel you really did a superb job. You worked well with Kakashi manipulating situations exactly how he wants it to be and Sakura only realizing after it's already done or too late. That just seemed like something so Kakashi-like and it was damn sexy. I adore the closeness of Team 7, even with Sasuke and his issues because it really showed that his time away made a difference (as well as how Naruto and Sakura's time together was also significant). I wasn't sure how I felt about Ino in the beginning, but she grew on me a little. I hate it when she's just painted as a two-dimensional gossip but I love that she has that maternal side. I laughed at the line talking about Naruto being like Sakura's father and Ino being like her mother...
And now I'm going to dedicate a little paragraph just to spaz on how sexy it was. Because it was...really sexy, that is. I don't even know how to say it. Coupled with their great bantering and Kakashi's manipulations, it was so hot. They didn't even really do anything yet, but the tension is so tangible and delicious. I think at some point my cheeks might have actually gotten red from reading. I don't even remember which part it happened at, but it was gooooood.
There were some minor typos here and there, but they were minimal and didn't detract from the story much, which I think was the only issue. I don't know how I really felt about the foes they had in the mission because they kind of had their own things going on, but I did like the whole not having jurisdiction thing because that seemed realistic and somewhat twisted since they wanted to pursue the baddies but it wasn't part of their mission so they had to let it go.
Since I just really love your writing style, I'm willing to try your original story. I think it's awesome that you managed to finish a whole book. Congrats! I wish you only the best in your future writing endeavors...but I implore you to please please finish this story before you go onto bigger and better things (namely original fic). I don't think my heart could take another great KakaSaku fic being unfinished. That would just be too tragic. But I'd like to thank you for what's already written at the very least. So thank you.

Oh, the utter disappointment when I realize that this story has been abandoned without even getting to the sex. :( I was sooo enjoying the power play.
| xxxepkissesxxx chapter 12 . 10/10/2012

| Yumi-Xiao239 chapter 5 . 9/1/2012

| Yumi-Xiao239 chapter 3 . 8/30/2012
No idea if this story is completed or not, but u keep complaining about how no one reviews anymore, so here u go! In return for the 3 interesting chapters I've read, here's ur review :) I don't really know what to expect yet, cause its still early on lol. Now, back to my reading ! :)

well, i only really have one word: perfect.
i've enjoyed this so much - from the sexual tension to the hilarious banter, and the way kakashi and sakura interact is just wholly pleasant to read. especially the way they seem to rotate around each other. but yes, i really, really, really am enjoying this wonderful story and i can't wait to read more :)
| kyuubecky chapter 13 . 5/19/2012
...click...click...click...click...click...click...click... still clicking the area where the lovely little NEXT button should be...still *click* clicking it...waiting...stalking...we'll call it waiting excessively XD
| hirokiri9 chapter 13 . 4/1/2012
so confusing...you're writing is wonderful. plot was good. but some dialogue was really confusing. as well as the fact that you didn't really develop Sakura's feelings. It seemed like they just sprouted and she suddenly wanted to sleep with Kakashi. and it would be nice to have Kakashi's POV at some point.
| Burning Impossible chapter 13 . 1/29/2012
Woah my brain is...enjoyably addled? I dont know how to explain it. I definitely enjoyed reading this. I wish you would expose kakashi's character a little more in the future though. I find myself completely clueless about his thought process and logic.
Please update soon! Thanks :)

I'm the sort of person who reviews at the end of a completed story, so this is a bizarre turn for me. I've read a few of your other things, most noticeably 'Narcissus' which is brilliant might I add, and I'm planning on reading your original novel as soon as I find the time. But I have a few things to say:
Firstly, yes, you do have spelling and grammar problems occasionally littered about, but to be honest most authors do. Considering that this is your second language, I'm just really fucking impressed instead of bothered. And yes, occasionally some of your situations are cliché, but the reason clichés exist is because they happen, y'know? I'd love to offer my services as a beta if you'd want them, so drop me a line if you want. Obviously, you don't have to, but hey, if you're planning on being a novelist or even just doing it for fun, it might be good practise to go through the editing process.
Secondly, dear God, your sarcasm and dry humour is brilliant. I'm constantly blown away (and brought to laughter) at how these internal monologues or tidbits come together. It's snarky, it's believable, and simply put, I'd love to think like they do on a day-to-day basis.
Thirdly, your interpretation of the characters — in all your fictions, I should say — is fantastic. Sakura is rather unique, despite the characteristics that can be shared with fellow authors or the manga itself. The character that you've fleshed out through the threadbare versions of Sakura in the manga is well-rounded and interesting to read, and considering how they constantly tug between Sakura-the-damsel-who-can't-defend-herself-or-fight-at-all-especially-when-it-comes-to-Sasuke and Sakura-the-badarse-who-killed-Sasori-and-is-one-fucking-amazing-medic, it's safe to say that I enjoy your impersonation of Haruno Sakura much better than Kishimoto-sensei's at the moment. Kakashi, on another note, is brilliant too, perhaps not like how I myself picture him but brilliant just the same. The reason for fanfiction is for fans to manipulate canon into loose translations or wild interpretations of something one loves, and you've done this in such a fun, sarcastic, and fabulous way that I just want to give you a handshake and a bunch of cookies.
To add on to my love of 'Narcissus', your interpretation of Itachi is EXACLY how I picture him. I would review on that story, but it would end up sounding like a broken record of this review and besides, the story isn't finished yet. I tend to leave in-depth reviews based on the plot and characterisation of a story individually when the story is finished, because then a reader has a full and concise view of what they liked and didn't like. So forgive me for that, and hopefully this one here is enough to justify why I've put both 'Narcissus' and 'Second Time Around' on alert.
Now, I could go on all day about this particular story, and your others no doubt, but I shall keep my long-winded infatuation for your imagination to a mostly-short summary. Not that this is short; for chrissakes, it's at over 3,000 characters right now. I just wanted to say that I adore this so far, and all your other works as well, and I hope that you continue to be a brilliant author in English, because these are lovely. Of course, take your time and have fun with it — as a fellow author (one who is more prevalent on LJ), I know how real life can get in the way. Besides, you're the one giving us (the readers) a gift every time you update, so we pretty much owe you nothing but love.
(Although as a heads-up, from one author to another: self-promoting your original story should've been done through your profile, not as a chapter of your fanfictions. It's unprofessional and it's a kick in the gut from readers who get ungodly excited at the prospect of an update only to find that it's nothing. I've known people that have lost readers because of it. I'm just throwing you a bit of advice, because I love this story and all your other ones. Feel free to tell me to bugger off about it or the such, but I just figured I'd mention it.)
Hoping you are well!
