| Imagination's Child chapter 1 . 3/30/2013
I am amazed at this story. I don't know how, but you managed to capture Logan perfectly. I loved the last two lines in particular, but the whole thing was great.
| Mansah chapter 1 . 1/9/2013
I kind of like the premise for this story but what really got me was those last two lines.
The world is his oyster all right.
But he's allergic to shellfish.
| Guest chapter 1 . 12/7/2012
This is amazing i didnt realize how many people abandoned Logan and yet he didnt block people out like veronica did.
| ShanghaiLily chapter 1 . 10/21/2012
It's like you crawled up into his head! Brilliant piece, just like all of your internal monologue one shots. Really enjoyed Kendall's as well, but this was just fantastic. The pathos! Poor Logan. If only he and Veronica shared a brain, they'd make one whole person. He could stop wallowing in pity and stop being clingy and try to be more proactive, and she could lean on people more, and make them feel loved and allow herself to be vulnerable. No wonder they were obsessed with each other-they are ying and yang. Great job!
| Whirlwind421 chapter 1 . 2/26/2012
That was brilliant! And so tragic! Poor Logan! I really really really liked that. Poor guy has nobody. *sniff*
| LifelongObsessor chapter 1 . 7/25/2011
... I think I just died.
This. Is. FANTASTIC. Just ... wow.
I know everyone has commented on your wonderful closing metaphor (which they have excellent reason to), but my favorite part of this story was actually your repetition with the "You could have any _ in the world!" It was really powerful - Logan really does fit the Poor Little Rich boy stereotype, which I love how you played into, but you managed to capture his personality as well. Tricky.
I also really loved the line "He swore to himself that if anyone ever called him "Aaron Echolls son" to his face again, he would feed them their own teeth." So, so perfect.
I am curious, though, as to the title. What does it mean?
Basically, I am just so highly impressed. I can has more fic? Please? ;)
Congrats on a great story!
| Danielle chapter 1 . 6/6/2011
Excellent! I especially like the last line.
| voiper chapter 1 . 5/29/2011
Wow, yeah, Logan had a pretty crappy life...
BTW, it would seem on the Myers-Briggs system that he's an F (feeling) and Veronica is a IT (Introverted Thinking). He feels compelled to run after her, and she hides and distracts herself from her feeling. Frequently.
I'm also an IT, I don't ever want to do what this cycle of pulling away that Veronica's character did...
| sleepingfox02 chapter 1 . 3/25/2011
Wow, just, wow.
That was amazing.
The last two lines were great.
| HoneyBee1 chapter 1 . 2/27/2011
What the... How come I haven't review this story? Wow, I love the last line there: "The world is his oyster all right. But he's allergic to shellfish".
| where she went chapter 1 . 2/9/2011
Loved the last two lines, especially. Good stuff.
| Nerdyesque chapter 1 . 2/2/2011
He fell for Veronica so hard that the bounce was higher than anything he'd ever felt for Lilly.
Of course, it's the fall that kills you.
God, it's soo true (not just of LoVe either).
The last two lines are so sad. I spent most of the third season wanting to smack Veronica because she just couldn't seem to see Logan for who he was instead only focusing on who he had been. Of course, she was just as obsessed with him, sigh.
| Acute Delirium chapter 1 . 6/30/2010
The last two lines are the best, they sum it up in a funny way. And it's true, the whole thing where everyone says you can have anything you want but you can't have what you want, just what you have. If that makes sense. :P
| Mouse chapter 1 . 6/19/2010
It was all Veronica's fault!
| UnOriginalOne chapter 1 . 6/6/2010
I really enjoyed this fic. I love the voice that you've found for Logan in this and his reflections.
