Perfection! Puckleberry goodness!
| carrie4angel chapter 23 . 8/19/2011
A great last chapter to a story I wish I had read so much earlier, but better later i guess right?
I love that the family is happy and that life is working out for everyone invovlved, it was inspired to have Rebecca and Sam get together, and also little Levi and Natasha setting off Rachel's CJM tendancies was funny...
I loved the little throwback to their earlier conversation about Levi wanting to take dance lessons, and how Noah stuck to his word, and now there is going to be another Pucklebaby :)
Your writing never fails to draw me into the worlds that you create for these characters that I love so much, and AU or not I can't wait to chose another story to read...

Great mix of drama and romanace in this last chapter. How great was Noah at helping Rachel during the rough delivery of little baby Levi, and then to be rewarded by Rachel's insistance that there be no double name for either her or their son, that they are the Puckerman family...
Then its time for the perfect wedding, nice touch having Kurt as wedding planner so that Rachel can really enjoy her day, and look stunning while doing so!I could really feel the love and happiness of the happy couple from the words that you wrote and I am glad there is an epilogue because I don't want this story to end...

For a second I thought that you were going to make Sam the doctor, but having him as the manager of the club is fab. He looks like a model but can clearly handle himself and deal with any problems that may happen at the club so that Noah can spend more quality time with Rachel. And wow their quality time is super hot, and it seems to be increasing in quantity as the pregnancy goes on...
Noah's response to Rachel's concerns about their son being gay was so heartfelt, he really is showing what an amazing father he will be.
On a side note the fact that they are keeping elements of the music room in the nursery is so appropriate because of their mutual love of music, and the important role it plays in their lives.

Loved the scene in Tiffany's when Noah quoted Pretty Woman to the evil saleswoman, guss living with Rachel has exposed him to classic chick flicks. I also loved how you wrote about Noah knowing when he had found the perfect ring for his baby mama and then the proposal itself was just beautiful and so them.
I always love when you put references from the show into your story so Rachel calling him just after he bought the ring was a nice homage to her pyshic abilities ;)

How great was it to see Rachel's dads back, and i can so picture them dancing up a storm in the night club!Their talk with Noah when he asked for their blessing was perfect, they realise how far the couple have come, they know that Noah had already made the decision to marry Rachel before she got pregnant so hopefully he will get the perfect ring sorted ASAP. I think that Santana would be the ideal person to help him out since she might as well be Rachel's sister...

So to borrow Brittany's words there is a Pucklebaby on the the way, just as I thought and hoped there would be...I'm glad that both Mike and Santana were able to clam down the fears of their friends caused by their own parent issues, and the little outfits that Noah got were so cute...
I loved the phone call to Mama P to inform her that she was going to be a granny, so so funny and just how I always imagined she would react to hearing the news she has been praying for all these years.
My favourite line of the chapter was "Forever Noah, I want forever" ; mainly as it was a response to Noah's question, but I also took his words, and Rachel's as a promise of a happy ending,of them overcoming any and all challenges in the future, they are so meant to be.

That was such a great wedding, the girls vows were beautiful and heart warming, even if Santana was a bridezilla in the run up to the day itself...
As for the big reveal about what is making Rachel feel so unwell, I like how you wrote that whole section, going to go out on a limb here and say that Rachel is pregnant, and I just hope that both Rachel and Noah will be happy with this development. After all Noah does say that family comes first and always will...

So much going on in this chapter, from Rachel's nomination to getting ready for the big night, Noah's unique way of calming her nerves and everything else in between. Even though Rachel winning her Tony was awesome, what I really loved about this chapter is how well the relationship is developing, they are both so happy and their connection has grown since the night they first met, and I loved that she had the same clutch on Tony's night and that Noah recognised it as well!Even though he still has to work on some of his insecurities the fact that he centred on not wanting to ruining her night by saying the wrong thing shows how much he has changed since meeting Rachel.

Another great chapter, so Glad that Tina and Santana are making it official and are so happy together. This family that you have created for the main characters is so much fun to read about, even though they are not blood related, its so clear that they would do anything for one another. And now Puckleberry are going to be living together as well, I hope that after the girls get married it will be Rachel and Noah's turn because I don't see them trying to steal their friends thunder...
| carrie4angel chapter 14 . 8/19/2011
Trust Noah to almost mess up such an important thing like exchanging those three little words, but thankfully he fix his mistake straight away, he really is too cute for his own good, trying to make everything perfect but then as you reminded me later, this is his first time dealing with love and relationships, so really not too surprising...
And really in the grand scheme of things is it very important who says it first so long as its what they both feel?
Loved the introduction of Kurt even if he is not a central character in this fic. Plenty of fun moments with the other members of the Puckleberry family like no one winning the bet...
| carrie4angel chapter 13 . 8/19/2011
Once again I am stunned by how well you have written Noah and his never ending battle with his emotions. That scene at the very start of this chapter when he realised that he was in love with Rachel was incredible, and then later on before they all go out to dinner and its so obvious to eveyone that he loves her by how he looks at her, i have no words left to describe how great that was...and that one line of Brittany's to break the tension,so clever...
I love how you mix the serious emotional side of things with hints of fluff, and humour, but the heart of this story is the romance between Puckleberry and now that Noah has admitted to his mother and sister that he has serious plans for his future with Rachel, well it makes me very happy ;)
| carrie4angel chapter 12 . 8/19/2011
Mama P is just how I imagined she would be,and Noah's sister is just an added bonus!I love the interaction and banter between the Puckerman clan, the line about Mrs P not calling Temples but looking at invites was genius!
Mike and Tina's fears before getting to the apartment the next day, along with Noah' reaction were so funny, but really that whole section of this chapter just shows the love of the family for one another, and I'm glad that Rachel, Santana and Brittany are now a part of that as well...
As for those 3 little words, I think its clear that both have fallen for one another, and their acions show the depths of their feelings without the words being spoken, i'd love if it was Noah that said them first, but regardless as long as they both know how the other feels all I think will be well :)
| carrie4angel chapter 11 . 8/19/2011
Well Noah certainly knows how to prove that he is sorry for hurting his girl, getting her boss on side, being man enough to admit that he was insecure and that he would do whatever it takes to make it up to her, and I think we all know how well that last part went!I think I have ran out of words, just like Rachel does whenever Noah unleashes his charms on her ;)
And now we know what Mike meant in his phone call, I'm sure that Mrs Puckerman will certainly bring some fun to the mix...
| carrie4angel chapter 10 . 8/19/2011
So even though you gave me a hint of a spoiler, I had kinda already figured some trouble was brewing. If i'm being completely honest a little bit of angst can help a story along, after all both Noah and Rachel are very emotional people, especially when Noah lets 'Puck' make the decisions!
I loved how Santana went to see Noah and figured out how much he was hurting about his actions, and I'm hoping that she will help him fix things with Rachel because she can see how much they love one another.
