This was an absolutely gorgeous story! I started crying towards the end, but hey what are you gonna do?! This story needs more reviews and someone should do some fan art! Loved every second, things were unexpected and just overall an emotional rollercoaster. Also it was such a nice treat to read your story during a global pandemic as it really gave me hope and kept me occupied in one of the best ways possible. (No seriously, I finished this story in two days). You are a fantastic writer to write such a compelling story overall.
MAJOR SPOILER ALERT:
I do wish that Sesshomaru would have thanked Kagome at the end, but hey maybe it’s not just not his style? Their wishes at the end overall were very sweet. I was crying at the prospect of Kagome not being able to end up with her love after everything, but you did not disappoint. The chapter with Inuyasha feeling period pain added a hilarious touch. :D I also don’t think poor Rin should have been confined to her room so roughly and maybe should have just had personal guards around her ,but Sesshomaru did tend to act medieval at times. I also love how Inuyasha was not as controlling in this fanfic.
END OF SPOILER:
I remember reading ‘The Importance of Being Kept’ and the sequel and I was always so enraged about Inuyasha’s overbearing possessive nature, but still, I found that I loved your stories overall and could not be mad as Inuyasha is very protective of Kagome. I really do wish that you could have finished the sequel, but as I wanted to read a good fanfic story from a good author I decided to look you up again and found this gem. I think, undoubtedly, this is your best story yet; the chapters were a perfect length and you really convey emotions well and you designed a plot that was easy to follow, but at the same time worked very well and had layers of complexity. Loved every second. Thank you so much for your work!

This was an awesome story from start to finish, I laughed and I cried and the ending where everybody got their memories back was the best part.

One of my favorite parts was where Inuyasha could feel her pain from her period, I was laughing so hard that I almost cried.
