|Reviews for Little Changes|
| WriterBloke chapter 2 . 3/16/2014
I'm a little late to the party here but I felt compelled to tell you that I thought absolutely everything here was brilliant, just brilliant.
Off to go read all your other stories now!
| Sylarfan chapter 1 . 5/10/2013
Loved this. Smell is such a strong sense, it pulls on our memories (some from long ago, like how certain smells will rush me back to when I was child growing up with my grandparents), our emotions, our appetites, it's a powerful sense and one of my favorites for the very reason you wrote in this story. I love they way my children smelled when they were babies or the smell of my husbands pillow or my mom's patchouli that seems to linger even on cards she sends me in the mail. Sorry for that rant. But, with all that being said, this is probably my favorite story of yours I have read so far.

Wonderful oneshots! I just love them. I think it's pretty brilliant how you can write such a riveting story revolving around soap. I'm eagerly awaiting an update :)
| Time Lady 802379 chapter 2 . 6/17/2012
Love it! Both the stories so far are great, and the way you write the characters is perfect! I'd never even considered some of the stuff you wrote about, like how Pepper didn't know about Yinsen, and how that scene in Casino Royale might affect people...
More soon please? :)

| The Thinking Woman chapter 2 . 12/6/2011
I think I like this chapter even more than the first :)
Again, really well written, and some fantastic, tender moments between the two of them. The way you've shown Pepper's unquestioning loyalty, and the way she just *knows* exactly what he needs and will drop everything to go to him is totally in-character and completely believable. I know I've read a good fic when I can picture the scene being played out before me as if it were part of the film - and I certainly can with this one.
Brilliant - I look forward to reading more of your work :)
| The Thinking Woman chapter 1 . 12/6/2011
I've just read both chapters of this and wanted to let you know I really enjoyed it. I'm reviewing the chapters separately as they are separate stories.
I thought this story was great: it's a very good representation of some of the issues that Tony would have to face upon returning from captivity, and it's very believable that apparently innocuous things - like the smell of a bar of soap - could cause problems anyone on the outside wouldn't understand.
Really well written: great narrative, beautiful description and a very accurate insight into what's going on in the minds of Pepper and Tony.
Good stuff - well done!
| bbennett chapter 2 . 9/3/2011
You write so very well. This was great - I love your characterizations, how you construct a scene, everything. Thanks for posting this.
| KGO chapter 2 . 8/27/2010
I love the tension between these two, and the troubled undercurrents beneath the trying-for-normal surface. And I'm pretty sure that I have Pepper's nightshirt somewhere.
| Lucky Dragon Smile chapter 2 . 7/5/2010
I can feel that split lip! Man those hurt like a motha! I use this proactiv crap, and I put on this white cream on a spot before bed. Well if it gets too close to my lip, it swells. Like Angelina Jolie swells. And stays like that for half the day on one side of my mouth. *shakes head*
You write really really really good! No, better than good, awesome! I really loved the part with Pepper being laid back, and the bit with Tony's light. I would love to have a nightlite like him. lol!
Hope you write more soon!
| Kaka-C chapter 2 . 7/2/2010
You capture Tony's brilliance/genius and craziness absolutely perfectly :) I'd love to see more in this verse from you!
| Dimac99 chapter 2 . 7/2/2010
I'm enjoying this - it's interesting to look at such little changes that bother the Almighty Tony Stark and how he copes with them.
Looking forward to chapter 3 now.
| TrixieFirecracker chapter 2 . 6/29/2010
I love this series and look forward to your posts on the Tony/Pepper LJ. I can't wait for you to update this. I really like your characterizations of Tony and Pepper.
| CaptainBetty chapter 2 . 6/28/2010
Ahh I love this! The dynamic is perfect! Can't wait for chapter 3!
| Skeeziks chapter 2 . 6/28/2010
Another incredible chapter with so much thoughtful detail.
Love the things that goes through Pepper's mind:
"She'd had Google Alerts on the names 'Art Skyton' and 'Troy Skant' ever since she'd found them and a half-dozen others scrawled on a discarded fast-food napkin in the workshop." LMAO!
But Ewwww, Pepper's right on this one: "Mostly good." There was a note in his voice that made her appreciate the fresh sheets and flipped mattress."
Really appreciated the paragraph on Tony's self-medication via noise (and alcohol) as it hit home a bit for me.
And I've always wondered about how Tony dealt with that arc reactor glow at night. Definitely not normal to have your own built-in nightlight.
Thanks for this interesting, detailed story!
