Ok, mow I really don't have words. Sakura's guilt was so real and so raw and I cannot believe you described it so perfectly. It's one of ,y head canons. That this is the guilt that played such a huge part in them never coming together. But how could Sakura not think naruto would forgive her . And how could naruto not forgive his one and only. Just - this made me feel solo many things.

I don’t care how long ago this fic was written, I need to review it! I’ve been antsy the past few days and have been in desperate need of a few great Naruto fics (I was hoping for fluffy one-shots), and this was PERFECT!

I don’t care what happened in the show, I have always hoped Sakura would realize how utterly amazing Naruto is (he has been my favorite since the beginning). I love how she asked for forgiveness for her foolishness, and how she was so worried he wouldn’t actually believe her because of what happened in the past.

Honest to goodness though, you almost had me in tears when he told her what he wished for. I don’t cry easily. That was so sweet and genuine and heartfelt... You’d think it would come across as cheesy or cliche, but it didn’t. It really was so loving. So Naruto.

And his cheer into the night at the end... so cute! :)

Lady Tsunade is also OCC to the story her and Jiraiya were just teammates and Friends Tsunade being descendant of the First Hokage was very pampered individual Jiraiya was someone of no Clan he wasn't someone she liked so she put him into a friend category once you in the friend category there's no ounce and Tsunade never ever said anything about having a crush on Jiraiya at any point in time she missed a surrogate brother and former teammate that's it nothing more nothing less that is why lady Tsunade in this stories out of character

I'm going to go out on the limb and say the characters OOC particularly Sakura sai had already told her that Naruto was in love with her I think the reason she cried in the anime and the manga is that she could not reciprocate his feelings and that's why she felt bad I also believe the Naruto chose to give up on his feelings for her because he knew that Sakura could never love him back. when you love someone enough you set them free and that's what he did
