Ey! Why is the ending so sad? No matter, it's still a quite good fanfic

Again, serious moment, but for just a second there, as he was watching her sleep, all I could think was "Wow, he's turning into a regular little stalker there, isn't he?"

Ah, yes, it is sad. But how could it not be, when story dictates that he forsake the X-Men (but never her, no never her)?

I'm gonna cry... seriously, this work... it's beautiful, but so sad...

Please don't take this the wrong way, because, yes, I know this is serious, and as a matter of fact I did sort of bawl for a moment after finishing. But the very first thing I thought reading the first sentence was "that's hilarious." Kitty's like, WTH?

Ah, Johnny angst and Roguey friendship. Just what I needed.

An interesting take on why what happened did: he wanted to protect her, and seeing that he wouldn't be losing her-Mags and Chuck still hang out apparently-there's nothing to lose here. I like. I do.
