|Reviews for EO Challenge: Eau de Impala|
| Beckydaspatz chapter 1 . 11/11/2011
Oh my! The impala, nothing else can compare! Great little drabble :D
| Tuppence chapter 1 . 9/10/2010
Wonderfully touching! It's so true... Everyone should have their own Eau de Impala. The smell of home, essentially. You captured the cornerstones of Dean's life perfectly, using these scents.
Just a lovely drabble.

I like this a LOT! That's just the way it is. We know that smell is one of the strongest memory/emotion controller we have. In the Winchesters' case, having no permanent home makes the things you mentioned that more potent.
Beautifully done. :)
| DeansBabyBird chapter 1 . 8/16/2010
Umm, yeah, I can smell it!
| MeAzrael chapter 1 . 8/16/2010
Jeez, that's simply the most vivid impression of the only true Winchester home I've ever read. Loved every one of the smells - especially the notes of gun oil and cheap aftershave. Wonderful line, that one with the perfume blanket! I could almost smell it myself :-) Thanks for giving Dean some comfort... he deserved it.
| Amberdreams chapter 1 . 8/16/2010
A pungent story! Unusual way of telling a tale, and the image of a smell blanket was a clever device that rounded it off really well.
| Fire'CxO'Ice chapter 1 . 8/15/2010
Definitely captured Dean's feelings when it came to his baby! And the "eau" description is bang on! Great drabble!
| Enkidu07 chapter 1 . 8/15/2010
Ha. On a recent camping trip I spent part of the night in my car... it wasn't as nice as the Impala but it was warm and dry so I guess that is a step in the right direction...
| sidjack chapter 1 . 8/15/2010
Nice view of the Winchester home, the comfort of familiarity and having family close.
| sammygirl1963 chapter 1 . 8/15/2010
And I would be willing to bet DEan will sleep peacefully knowing everything is as it should be!
