How very nice of Sherlock! And how very nice of you to write such a sweet fic!

Very good characterisation. I love how Sherlock needs to justify his actions, it his captures character rather well- especially early on with John. You do a good job setting a foundation for John's future faith in Sherlock, as well.

Again, a lovely gem of a fic. I am conflicted between worshipping you for providing amazing stories and condemning you because you only have 2 Sherlock fics out of the 111 stories you have written. Way to break my heart! By all means, should you have the inspiration, publish as many Sherlock fictions as you want. I have a feeling I would never get tired :) I think you write Sherlock and John brilliantly, you capture the right aspects of their personality and have their dynamic spot on. Oh and this line, "there was one man that John, as an army man with little to no faith, believed in and that was Sherlock Holmes" is one of the best lines I've ever read. Thanks again for the great read! :D

I love this and the paragraph that follows. Sherlock is so unfamiliar with friendship that that rusty part of his brain approaches it the only way it knows how-analytically. And his reasons for making John comfortable are all very practical. Yet he doesn't realize it's actually those silly little things called emotions taking over.

I loved Sherlock justifying to himself the reasons for not letting John sleep in such an uncomfortable position on the sofa!
