Ancalagon chapter 1 . 5/14
Thank you for sharing. I find your reasoning very cogent.
Mellia Bee chapter 1 . 11/28/2022
It’s an absolute pleasure to read your Sarek and Amanda. You GET them. Thank you.
Owyheewinds chapter 1 . 8/31/2019
I love and agree with your well reasoned and canon supported of Spock's decision to go to Gol. You have captured Sarek's and Amanda's personalities, and all the characters' actions, reactions and motivations with great insight and thoughtfulness. Great writing requires hard work. Thank you for giving this reader an informed and richer reading experience in the TOS universe.
WeirdLittleStories chapter 1 . 9/10/2018
Thank you for a lovely story, very nicely done.
carriemcmvintage chapter 1 . 2/16/2018
Ditto ditto ditto the past reviews- I loved the canon keeping while fleshing out untold elements. Brilliant! And I thank you.
mckydstarlight chapter 1 . 7/7/2017
I loved it!
bee.zippy chapter 1 . 5/3/2017
I always sort my fanfic by favorites and read through the ones others have chosen as worthy of being favorited first. I can see why you appear as a common author of many of the most favorite Star Trek stories. Well done, as usual.
Random Ruth chapter 1 . 12/30/2016
This is amazing! Loved it! :)
mlsJesuslover chapter 1 . 1/7/2016
An absolutely lovely piece of Fanfiction as always! You have an unbelievable ability to take the whole Canon's information and portray it in a single action or conversation in your fics. When all these moments are combined in a Fanfiction work, it results into an absolutely wonderful journey that brings to your mind every bit of canon you've ever seen. I also adore how you make sure all the facts you include are well researched and imbedded in your story fluidly. A wonderful work I'll read again and again. Thank you so much!
Guest chapter 1 . 5/16/2015
Exquisite. And I concur with #2.
Guest chapter 1 . 2/3/2015
I think your scenes are right on. I really enjoy the Amanda and Sarek side of Trek (even if I would sometimes like to rebuke Sarek for his stubbornness) and found it great to see through his eyes. Great!
MuggleCreator chapter 1 . 5/23/2014
Loved it.
timewaster123456789 chapter 1 . 4/17/2014
I didn't see it as ooc at all although in general I think you play a little loose with the openness of Spock's affection for the crew it's still among the best TOSfics out there.
sunshineditty chapter 1 . 3/2/2014
I think you have a really good point about T-Pring; I've always been bothered by her decision myself because it never smacked me as anything less than racist and specist as opposed to logical. It showed an underlying hatred of Spock that no amount of logic could white-wash, but I didn't ever think it to its (ironically) logical conclusion and realize the problem was more about the underlying SOCIAL implication as opposed to just the personal. You're right, there's no way just a logical based society wouldn't have another way to end betrothals - regardless of the "tradition" of kal-if-fee. Sure, telepathy is another facet of their marriage process, but you can't tell me social and economic prowess didn't play a part in most of them so there are plenty of fish left in the sea for those who don't work out.

I have read some really good fanfiction about T-Pring, where she's not demonized or hated, but looked at as the flawed being we all are if we're being truthful.
Cassandra392 chapter 1 . 6/1/2013
I enjoyed this. I love the stories you have for "Journey to Babel" when Spock and Jim are confined to sick-bay. And, I liked the notion that Sarek would have found some way to censure T'Pring for her atrocious lack of courtesy. I thought you handled it well - it's not that she broke the engagement, it's that she humiliated Spock in public forum. I would have liked to see more of that story - even if Sarek did nothing, I think Amanda would have had a few choice words for T'Pring.

Thanks for writing!
