| Lilly B chapter 1 . 9/12/2010
Beautifully written! I loved reading this story! You had a great plot line to the story and I found it very interesting to read. Thank you for posting this!

Oooh I kind of wish this could be canon! The whole Lisa and Ben thing's just Sam's idea of Dean's Heaven, and Dean's not really content to leave Sam in Lucifer's cage while he enjoys himself!
This was really ingenious - that Dean actually died at Stull and e everything after was wishful thinking. I still kinda wish Dean had said Yes to Michael though!

I was so excited to see your name come up- I love your stories! Once again, you did not disappoint. This is lovely. It's beautifully-written and so thought-provoking; I have to go read it again. :)

Very nice, Marie. Glad Dean was able to figure things out - and get to HIS heaven - by Sam's side.

This is fabulous, my dear. Sam and Dean, soul mates and sharing heaven. Bittersweet fic to start, and comes with a completely adorable finish.
Thank you for this.
| Meggin Lane chapter 1 . 9/4/2010
I always figured them for soul mates. Their lives were too intertwined to make them anything less. Kind of yin and yang to each other but neither one complete or whole without the other. And that thought would elicit an eye-roll from the both of them (LOL)
It's funny how both the archangels tried to make a Winchester their own. Sam as an infant having to swallow demon blood to lay the ground work for Lucifer. And Dean inutero being effected by Michael's touch when he left a bit of himself behind after wiping Mary's memory so that Dean would be able to withstand the power of Gods' sword. Maybe that is why Dean never got possessed or why he was considered the righteous man who shed blood in hell or why he was able to slay the whore of Babyalon ( a feat only an angel was supposed to be able to do) or even slay another angel...as Zachariah found out too late.
But even with all the meddling the archangels did to them in their lives, the nudges and pushes toward the fate that the angels perceived was their destiny, little did they realize that God had other plans, from the beginning and it involved two souls that would function as one so that all the machinations of the best intentioned angels wouldn't be able to ever use one brother against the other. Because ...the Winchester brothers just don't work that way.
Your story told that well.
And as an aside I do hope the necklace makes an appearance in this season too-don't you?

I loved this! And the twist was awesome. Great fic!
| Maz101 chapter 1 . 9/4/2010
The two heavens are wonderfully drawn - both mysterious and down-home realistic. Dean's dawning recognition was so well paced and written it seemed to fit perfectly with my own of where you were going (which would of course make perfect sense wouldn't it!).
Thank you for the reconciliation.
Dean's search for God is a tricky thing to convey but you did it in character. It was really moving...I might just have to go and read it again!

Absolutely, positively, incredibly amazing. And if I could think of any other adjectives, I'd use them too.
I was totally fooled at first, thinking Dean was alive but I love that it all turned out to be Heaven. But Heaven just wrong enough to tell Dean the truth.
The scene where Dean has to figure out how to get back and who God is, was brilliant. I'm not even sure if I know what it mean, but it was still brilliant.
