|Reviews for The Pain Within|
| LOTRcool chapter 13 . 7/8
Hey, I know I'm a little (very) late to the party, but I just wanted to say that this was (is) a great story and I really enjoyed it :D
Glad to finally see a John Winchester potrayed as a caring father for once ;D But everybody was great, I loved them all.
| Cynthia chapter 2 . 2/22/2015
Wow! This chapter brought some painful memories!:p I can feel their pain! I ended up in the hospital for 4 days with those very symptoms. Mine was a medication reaction. I'm guessing theirs was because of the rare burgers...but I shall read on. Great story, BTW!

This was awesome. I love your writing!
| Skye1963 chapter 13 . 8/24/2013
Thanks for this story. I remember how many children got sick during the E. Coli outbreak which resulted in some deaths. It needs to be said that children are even more delicate than adults who can recover from some illness (especially food born ones). Thank you very much once again for such a wonderful and caring story.
| becca-baby chapter 1 . 10/13/2012
just wanna say if you have animalplanet watch monsters inside of me new episode about e. coli also check out my blog /becca-babysjournal before i take it down in a month and leave a review

omg i never thought i would find this one again! i skipped the first 6 chapters of this story but decided i liked it when my labtops battery died and i couldnt find the story again after that! yay i found it.
| ccase13 chapter 13 . 3/21/2012
I hated seeing the Winchesters suffer with e-coli and I think that this story is an excellent explanation for Sam's love of health food instead of Dean's beloved bacon cheeseburgers. Extra onions seem to be Dean's only vegetable.
| RogueStorm84 chapter 13 . 5/14/2011
Okay this was a nice story. Not one of my fav's but it was still really good. And it really showed the bond between the brother's (I think). Also I have a question: Do you really like John? Because out of the three stories of yours I've read, it seems like you really like John and want to make us readers feel bad for him. Just wondering.
| Stupid Shiny Twilight Fan chapter 13 . 3/14/2011
Oh poor little Sammy! I wanted to hug him and Dean through the whole story but ended up hugging my pillow instead :S
I love how Dean was hitting on the nurse. It's comforting to know he's still the same ol' Dean even after all that stress. The characterization was on spot!
| criminally charmed chapter 13 . 2/21/2011
I love it when an author can explain why the boys like/hate what they do. Like "Why Does Sam hate clowns?" or "WHy does Sam eat healthy?"
Now - anyone up for "Why does Dean hate to fly"?
| rog457 chapter 13 . 2/16/2011
So this was the start of Sams healthy eating habits, not that I can really blame him.
I really enjoyed this story and you had the right amount of both sickSam and angstyDean and John and of course loads of caring/comfort.
I am looking forward as always to your next story.
| CeCe Away chapter 13 . 2/15/2011
It just tickles me that you boiled down the ending to why Sam prefers chicken salads to hamburgers. It fits so well actually.
Really nice writing, nice story. You know I adore hurt Sam and protective Dean, but when a writer can add a worried John in the mix without making him the bad guy, I'm totally a gonner. Just something about all three of their relationship together is special.
Thanks for writing this. And, no, I haven't forgotten I'm going to add on to Gremlins. Just haven't gotten there yet.
Have a lovely week.

This chapter and story were very good. I enjoyed reading it a lot.
I hope your writing mood comes back, because I love to start my day reading one of your chapters. It makes my day start off right.

| Joby87 chapter 13 . 2/13/2011
Hey girl! Nah, I didn't find it rushed. I was a bit surprised to see it end so quickly...*sniff*...but I think it ended on a good note, with a bit of humor at the end. It was a nice, soothing read...especially when you're bored out of your mind. So it was a great read...even if we're life-sucking fiends that enjoy watching and salivating at hurt Winchesters...God, that sounded so sadistic...but alas, we love it!
Can't wait to see what else you have in store.
Thanks so much. You are, and always has been, a gem!
Cheers! Tina ;P
