You did an amazing job of character development, character consistency, character evolution, and verbal witticisms.
I was thoroughly impressed, and while that was not the point of the story, I feel that it needs to be said in any case.
I was impressed.
I was hooked 'till the end. You made everything I wanted to happen in the actual story, HAPPEN.
It may be just me, but Snape's mistreatment rubbed my fur in fifty different directions. I was so angry. You made my insides happy. :)

It would be, frankly, beyond awesome for you to create a sequel to this. If you can't find the time for an entire sequel, maybe come up with a bunch of scenes you would like to see the Marauders 2.0 participate in, and turn them into a series of one-shots.
Personally, I'd love it if I could see them during Christmas, Halloween, other various holidays, or maybe just chilling out as animagus.

The final line, truly erasing Pettigrew and redefining their group with Severus in the mix, is absolutely perfect. Love this fic, it's a perfect little fix-it that stands alone wonderfully.

I love this story! I'm glad the Marauders (subtracti Pettigrew here) that Sev was not a bad person. Who doesn't like happy endings? It was such a sweet story! Please let there be a sequel!

What I would have loved to see is the "New" Marauders future years at Hogwarts. Maybe have James see Lily for what type of person she really is for abandoning her "best friend" while his "worst enemies" actually befriend him. (I am not a Lily Evans fan) Also, to see the future paths that James, Sirius, Remus and Severus's lives would have taken had they'd left Hogwarts as friends.

So I wanted to check if you had any other good stories like the one I read yesterday and imagine my excitement when I found this! It's great, read it in one go. At times, I had the feeling that this is familiar somehow, like meeting an old friend, and now I'm almost 100% sure I read this a few years ago. I'm not sure if I reviewed or favorited back then, probably not. Sorry about that, back then, my reviews were rather scarce because I was lazy. And no, this isn't the first time I have loved a fic only to find it years later and read it as if it was the first time - I just really read too much fanfiction sometimes. Anyways, you are now forcing me to favorite and follow you just in the hope you ever write more fics like these 2. Maybe even a sequel to this one! God knows I'd love to see the consequences of this friendship, written by such a talented author as yourself ;) And yes, I AM trying to charm you into writing that, is it working? Pleeease? :D)

I love this! I was looking for another Severus friends with the Marauders fic, especially after reading that fic where Severus is a spy living in the Order headquarters, they get apparated to an island, and there is cute Tonks (can't remember the name right now). Absolutely adore this. Severus was brilliant. Remus was adorable. James and Sirius were hell on wheels with a touch of Castiel. Sighs. This was brilliant.

It's nice to see them together and well on the way to being friends - glad to know Severus had people who will look out for him now and vice versa.

Am not surprised Lucius escaped. Dang it!

I must say again that Sev's animagus form was spot on and perfect. But dear oh dear...

It's nice to see Severus getting closer to the Marauders. It is... only Peter and Lucius are the flies in the ointment (a pudgy one and a good looking one LOL) and I hope Lucius' plan fails. Spectacularly.
