I don't know if you've noticed, (how could you not it's your story) but Dumbledore is the only one who (or has admitted to) has gone to Japan. English men and women have no hope of responding correctly to "Urusai" or "Arigatou". If Ichigo knows enough English to be able to give a lecture on Soul Reapers and Hollows, he should know enough not to switch back to Japanese every time a simple "what" or "thank you" is needed! It's bad form to have this many Japanese words in here to even need a translator box at the bottom! Please, go back through this story and replace every bit of Japanese dialog that could easily be replaced with an English word- even replace "ano" with "um" or "er".

Sorry, that was a bit much, but I wanted to get my point across.
Besides the Japanese, this is a great story! I love the intricacies involving how the Soul Society works nowadays! Also, having Avalon being the Brit's Soul Society? Brilliant!

And I keep hoping...and hoping...hoping since 24. 9. 2012 Pleeeease, if you want to abandon this (brilliant, awesome, great, super, ultra, mega,...) story, at last say so so I (and the other readers) would know it and could finally move on. Btw, you are a great writer and it would be a shame if you gave up on writing. And no, I dont mean you shouldnt give up on this story (not that it wouldnt be awesome if you continued), I am talking about writing in general. Stay perfect and have fun!

It's been a long time since you've updated this, maybe this will give you a poke to remember. I actually just read the entire thing right now, it's a very interesting story. You're a good writer, but there are a two 'issues' that I have with the story.
The first is that Ichigo is a bit of a Gary Stu, but considering that this takes place 10 years after the primarily bleach story line, that is understandable.
The second is the excessive use of japanese when you don't need to. When Ichigo or someone is talking in english, it makes sense for him to slip in some japanese now and again when he's psised or something along those lines. However, when he and the other characters are all speaking to each other in japanese, when you use the (), then there's no need to put the japanese words in there, and they're already speaking in it. It just doesn't make sense.
Anyways, thanks for the story, hope you update it again.

Couldn't you at least translate the boggart's words after the fact?

So here I was scrolling through tv tropes once I finally exhausted my search through regular fanfiction and I saw the crossover section in harry potter so I went "why not?" So i scroll and encounter this piece about bleach and harry potter and I'm like "What? Let's try it." At first I was skeptical about the how mesh but the more I read the more I couldn't stop, this is by far one of the best cross over series I have read, with harry potter and I've read plenty. I know that you probably have life stacked against you, I am a mother of a kid with a full time job so my time as a writer has gone down dramatically, but I have written so you can know that there are people that still would love to read more so I shall wait patiently for the next update and hopefully you're ok, no maiming done to you or otherwise. Thank you for the story!

Nice to see some stuff getting done about Umbridge. I can't wait to find out what the hell's happened to the Avalon Soul Reapers though, considering both the Goblins and Ghost in the UK haven't seen them in so long they are practically myths now. But I don't like how Peeves is insinuating that Wizards can be near the same power as the Shinigami; though that's mostly because I just dislike stories that nerf one universe to better fit the other in general. I would like to see some deviation from Hogwarts though, like what's going on in Sereitei and them trying to contact Avalon or what Urahara is up to. Can't wait for the next chapter, and I kind of want to see Ichigo put Peeves in his place.

I don't understand Ichigo's logic here. He's all 'Well Dumbldore could fix this up pretty quickly since what's she's doing HAS to be illegal, but I don't want to go to him because it might make me look like I'm not doing my job.' and because Harry doesn't want others to know. I don't want to sound like a flamer, I am really liking this story, but this is just incredibly stupid. I mean Ichigo is in his 30s now right? with experience as a leader of a military division? He should understand that in some cases pride isn't worth much when it puts the well being of those under him in danger, and being charged with protecting Harry he's doing a pretty shit job so far. Not to mention with how he's justifying keeping it a secret; Harry doesn't want his friends to worry, WELL NOW THEY ARE SEEING AS HE COMES BACK BLEEDING AND WILL HAVE SCARS ON THE BACK OF HIS HAND! Once again I still like this story but this chapter just annoyed me so much.

Honestly I think the torture of someone who is not even of age should have spurred Ichigo into some kind of action. Technically he is a foreign student if it got out that Umbridge was torturing him (even though his cover story is false) would have some repercussions for the Ministry's international relations and get her removed LIKE HE WANTS. Not to mention why every 5th year HP crossover has this scene and no character that experiences/sees it does shit about it and that ticks me off.

So there is a British Soul Society huh? Why don't the Japanese one's just go to them with questions as to what the hell Dementors are? And is the Soul King the same for all Soul Society's or is there one for each country?
