![]() ![]() ![]() Prana, not mana. Mana is external energy, Od internal, Prana is produced by magic circuits and is used for magecraft. You're a very good writer. Especially your moments of wit. |
![]() ![]() ![]() It'd be more that all servants are needed for the ritual to work. If Illya killed Shirou before he summoned his servant, I'm pretty sure the Einzbern could and would extend Illya's lifespan just so they could torture her longer for ruining the ritual. Regardless, her stupidity of believing the claim her dad abandoned her from people who torment her and, more importantly, refuse to let her leave or see her father. Her hatred of Shirou I understand because she's a girl and they usually let their feelings dictate their perceptions and actions regardless of reason or any morality out of self-righteousness fueled by said feelings. But, even a child as young or younger than her physical appearance would call out adults keeping them from their father while claiming their father abandoned them as obviously lying by dent of preventing them from going to said parent and talking to them. Illya is freaking nineteen chronologically and mentally, no matter her preference for playing child for the sake of enjoying what life she has to live. There's no way this wouldn't have occurred to her unless she was utterly stupid, but she's actually quite brilliant. I honestly hate her character. Even years ago when I played Fate/stay night, when I learned the truth of the situation I hoped there was a way to kill her. She is a victim, but she is in no way innocent because her ignorance of the truth was entirely self-inflicted. She had no reason to believe the lies, every reason not to, and chose to believe them because she wanted to. Which shows what kind of a monster she truly is and a threat to everyone around her with or without her spitefulness. The only time she turns away from this is when she needs Shirou for her own survival. Then she tosses aside her supposed brainwashing for convenience and to take advantage of Shirou's compassion. Some could argue she's crazy. Except nothing happened to drive her nuts. While tormented and tortured in the sense of being lied to about her father and told he'd replaced her and so emotionally hurt (if not for how children would reflexively deny it and the liar's very refusal to let them talk to said father being treated as proof that it is a lie), they didn't actually harm her. Oh, they also experimented on her to a degree, but that's more or less part of being a normal magus family anyway. In other words, she's not crazy or messed up due to anything done to her or told to her. She's just that as a person naturally. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah, Illya going along with the people who tortured her and experimented on her and whom she knew did that to her mother and knew they sacrificed her mother for power never made sense. Oh yes, Illya, I'm absolutely positive you can believe every word they tell you and they'd never lie to you at all. Totally. You should go kill your family as ordered by the people you know sacrificed your mother's life for their greed and listen to every word they say about your father they claim abandoned you but refuse to let you meet and stop you from leaving their castle. Nothing suspicious about it, you're imagining things. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hi Moczo. This is my third time reading this fic and I just gotta ask what do the other two Noble Phantasms you created for Avenger actually do? Like I get that Bundahishn is a reality Marble but what does it do? Same with Verg Avesta: Frashokereti. What is it actually supposed to do? I'd really like to know if you don't mind sharing. All the best and thanks for writing a great piece of fiction. |
![]() ![]() ![]() this was well written, i enjoyed it a lot. thank you for writing this. |
![]() ![]() A fantastic story, probably one of the most well thought out I've seen in a while. It did have its flaws towards the end, but considering the sheer scale of it, I think that can be forgiven easily. It was almost everything a guy could've asked for in an ilya route. The slice of life parts were peak fiction, and characterization was top notch. I'll definitely return to this again one day. See you in a couple months! |
![]() ![]() All the parts with Shirou, Ilya, and Gil have been great, but I feel like the big dragon fight thing with the other servants was really dragged out and lackluster to be honest. Unlike the other sequences the constant jumps didn't make the scene anymore dramatic, just confusing to pick up on. If you were to ever come back to revise anything I'd definitely take a look at rider's parts |
![]() ![]() The moments between kirei and gilgamesh are terrifyingly well done. You can really feel the fear Kirei has when hes trying to appease gil. |
![]() ![]() WTF WHY IS THIS SOOO GOOD?! Genuinely charming I'm loving all the callbacks to the other routes and the overall characterization |
![]() ![]() ![]() To GymNatty, shut the fuck up you waste of space. |
![]() ![]() ![]() He is supposed to be in the dream cycle by now. Meaning sabers memories not regular dreams. |
![]() ![]() I like to imagine child Ilya inside her head becoming large with a giant smile while an older looking Ilya appropriate for her actual age is struggling to push child Ilya. |
![]() ![]() To GymNatty321 or rather I move weights, fuck you. |
![]() ![]() To GymNatty321, or rather I move weight (which I doubt you do, fat cunt), shut the fuck up. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fuck off GymNatty321. |
