Absolutely love the idea of using the modern characters and writing in ACD's style, it's unusual and really enjoyable. | AgentNerd chapter 1 . 1/5/2012 This was wonderfully written, and I immensely enjoyed reading it. With the word choices you used, the whole thing sounded remarkably similar to somthing that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle would write, and that, perhaps, made the story all the more likable. I couldn't catch the reference to Conan Doyle's works, but then again, I've only been able to work through about half of the Sherlock Holmes stories there are. I'll figure it out eventually. Beautifully done. |
| Capt-Facepalm chapter 1 . 4/16/2011 The hand was gone from the back of my head and returned to Sherlock, who regarded it testily. "Your hand's bleeding, Sherlock." I remarked, saddened. Poor confused John, still worrying about his friend ahead of his own injuries. I liked the story as a whole, and the above mentioned part especially! |

Your language is marvellous - got to love a fic with splendiferous in it. And my other favourite was the description of the weather as London personified.
