The story and plot was very nice, there were some spelling mistakes (and sometimes forgotten spaces between words), if you just read it through once more out loud to yourself I'm sure you'll find themThe first pov is something I'm not generally a fan of, but you wrote it good. It almost felt like i was reading Johns blog

Came to read this on mrspencil's recommendation and I'm glad I did. Absolutely love the idea of using the modern characters and writing in ACD's style, it's unusual and really enjoyable. They also feel incredibly in character all the way through, and the last line is a perfect representation of that.

I've decided that everything you write is awesome. i havn't read them all yet but i think i will.

This was wonderfully written, and I immensely enjoyed reading it. With the word choices you used, the whole thing sounded remarkably similar to somthing that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle would write, and that, perhaps, made the story all the more likable.

I couldn't catch the reference to Conan Doyle's works, but then again, I've only been able to work through about half of the Sherlock Holmes stories there are. I'll figure it out eventually.

"Your hand's bleeding, Sherlock." I remarked, saddened.

Poor confused John, still worrying about his friend ahead of his own injuries. I liked the story as a whole, and the above mentioned part especially!

You've got such a handle on both characters and the action is just right. Your language is marvellous - got to love a fic with splendiferous in it. And my other favourite was the description of the weather as London personified. Well done, and thank you for sharing this and for all your work.
