Regarding the author notes, i know it's hard to continue ignoring all these rucus, but Thank you for telling the story that u want to tell, for not changing from what you have always had in mind for IchiRuki, honestly this is one of the best IchiRuki stories I have ever read , and i love it for it's originality too. And you have made it clear from the first day that this is ur interpretation of the characters, and i belive when you write something it's not only for the readers , but more about expressing our thoughts, so if people who want something else can read it somewhere else, or they can surely make polite requests for what they want to see but at the end it's writer's freedom when it comes to the story development. I wish you complete this someday and we get to see the sequel, since this was more about the living world I would like to read something set in soul society too, where the reform and do good things for the rukongai etc. And the restoration of the shiba clan too.
Love the chapter especially Byakuya.
Finally orihime's denial is in light before tatsuki, hope orihime can move on soon.

Aww i always wondered how Kurosaki sisters meeting with Byakuya will go, hope they can bond with him and i look forward to see all of them as a family.
And i agree with all you said with regards to orihime, hope tatsuki can talk some sense to her and break her out of delusion. Ichigo and orihime just never seems to click for me

I wonder if captain kensei and mashiro pitied shuhei for his enthusiasm as they know that Ichigo is into rukia and no one stands a chance. I can't wait for IchiRuki to realise that they r soulmates and that this is not their first time being together

In last chapter i loved the mention about importance of communication in Isshin's pov, it's something I wil keep in mind.
And i agree what u said about orihime dealing with ichigo's persona more than the person that Ichigo is, i also feel that only rukia was able to deal with the person that is Ichigo, and in canon if not rukia I have thought that the next suitable pair is tatsuki more than orihime. Orihime doesn't feel compatible or equal to Ichigo. Just sharing my perspective. Rukia is the one who i felt matches Ichigo in all fronts.
The match in the chapter was killer, i hope tatsuki doesn't pull any shit when rukia is away , and the ichiruki won't have any misunderstandings between them, pls let them have no misunderstandings
