Careful Dib, denial is part of coping mechanisms for a reason, getting him to admit to what he's denying before providing him a valid alternative would be dangerous.

To be fair Dib, you were also raised by robots basically. Prof. Membrane made and left nanny bots to take care of Dib and Gaz like 98% of the time, including robot replicas of himself, so Dib and Gaz are possibly the only people in that world who shouldn't find a child being raised by machines too weird. xD

Hi there! Just finished reading this a few days ago, and I would like to say that I enjoyed this fan fiction a lot! I’ll be sure to reread it again, that’s how good it is! The ending is very wholesome, in my opinion anyway. I like the idea of Tak being Dib’s next challenging student. Maybe, when you get the time, you can have a sequel based on how Dib worked with Tak. I enjoyed every chapter. The climax was amazing too, and I really loved how Gaz managed to calm Zim down when he was going to self-destruct. The scene where Dib was caught, and Zim having a complete meltdown was amazing too. I could feel how Dib felt for making such a mistake. He was acting much more mature in this story, and took things in a more serious matter. Basically, I loved everything. I hope that you’re doing alright in your life, considering that I read this four years after the fic was completed. Just know that your work is amazing, and it always will be.

and if she ever finds out he's an alien I can defiantly see Gaz picking Zim's brain to find the scariest aliens or planets he knows for her gaming work

Gaz just appearing like a dark spectre of doom must have creeped Zim out I can totally see him bailing out a window to escape her
