What was that I said about not letting Danny wind up in the hospital again? Seriously. :P You're putting him through as much torture as Steve exposes him to! (The making of lists and sub-lists and sub-sub-lists was great.) I'd love a follow-up/tag to this one, with them catching this Simmons guy, and getting revenge on him. Perhaps with Danny's ...creative input, lol. I can only imagine the phone call that would result once Rachel found out. Poor thing. (Danny.) Made me sympathetically weary and exhausted while reading! I'm glad I'm not stuck in a cage underwater, cuffed awkwardly so I couldn't sleep. Sheesh. These ingenious criminals of Hawaii, I tell ya. :P Good thing we've got ingenious good guys to get after 'em and hang them off rooftops!

Being from South Alabama(USA), we go to the beach all year round. We walk the beach, surf, do a little surf fishing, but we only swim from April to around the first weekend in Sept. From Sept.-March the water's to cold or the sand fleas are too abundant. Any way I've been around the water all my life and never have I thought of being held captive in a cage under a boat underwater. "What's the matter with you?" (Sorry Channeling a little Danny here.) Your one sick

Danny Williams is my Man and I like it he when rants at Super Seal Steve, he's soft and gooey with Grace, being the supportive friend, kicking bad-guy butt or up it his neck in trouble. Not so much fighting with Rachel... I don't like her.

Oh Darn I'm off topic. Where was I, oh yeah the story. Great plot. I was right there with Danny the whole way. I was disappointed when Steve missed him the first time on the boat. And when he felt the tug on his ankle I swear my mind went straight to "JAWS". I was relieved to it was Super Seal to the rescue. Then the hatch open and there was Chin and Kono looking down at Danny. I was right there looking up at then too.

I gotta tell you there a line in the story that is so Danny, but I'm sure know it already.

"Yes, I have sub-lists. I have lists, sub-lists, and sub-lists of my freakin' sub-lists. I've been locked in a damn cage for twenty-four hours and change, what else was I supposed to do?"

It was my favorite line in the story. Great Danny story. Great job. I will just image Super Seal Steve and Chin "giving Simmons a taste of his on medicine" for Danny, since you haven written the taken-down story maybe?

I hope there's no hurt feelings. I try to write only good reviews because I feel if I didn't like something its just me. I might comment on something that I thinks is technically incorrect or needs further research like a medical procedures, treatments or tests of which I'm familiar. I've had a lot over the last few years plus I'm a Cancer survivor(Stage 2 Colo-Rectal) 1yr 8 months Cancer free. But life's to short to FLAME anyone creative work. If we could write we would all do it but we don't all have same gifts. Yours is to write. Keep writing and I will keep reading. Reply back if you would like. I really enjoyed this, I don't think I have read a story like this one but before.

Good story! I liked it very much! However, the tense changes in the beginning made it kind of rough to begin with. Dialogue was spot on though! And I could so see Danny rolling his eyes at the EMTs. Keep writing :)

Great story, I loved it! I was expecting the POV to switch between Danny and his rescuers, so it surprised me it didn't, and it works GREAT! I love that we stay in Danny's head throughout the whole ordeal. Also love the subtle hints that he's getting desperate but trying to keep his spirits up. 3 Thanks!

Fantastic! There are so many things I love about this fic: Danny recognizing Steve's growl, the "you cretin" line, and "Of course, odds are high they're going to tune him out after the first few sentences, but it never hurts to try." Excellent characterization of Danny and ridiculously hilarious sub-lists. Great work! :)
