This story makes me happy enough to review in both places, just because :)

I love the undercurrent of Danny saying he hates Hawaii with the subtle contrast that the more he says it, the less he actually means it because of how much he values his team. More so, I like the almost dogged belief that he has that they will find him, even if he's not sure when or if he can hold on, but that he doesn't have to worry about them pulling it off. That rings very true to the flourishing dynamic we've seen on screen.

Anyway, rereading this was a great way to start my morning :)

Poor Danny, but in the end he can always count on his friends. It was a wonderful story and... yes I also love the idea of sub-lists.

Great story! I love Danny's "Lists, sublists, and subsub lists;" it's so typical of the way he thinks and probably key to the stubbornness that kept him alive until Steve and the team could find him. Looking forward to more of your H-5-0 stories!
