| Seqka711 chapter 1 . 7/7/2013
Don't be sorry. I loved that "weird introspective slightly AU-ish thing"! :D
I also think Ryou would be exceptionally good at lying to himself and trying to change his perspectie of things, even to his own detriment. :(
| Kiterious chapter 1 . 4/26/2012
Neat idea, I never thought of that but it makes a lot of sense and would fit pretty well. Ryou lying to himself. I can definitely see that as being canon.
| Just A Feather chapter 1 . 8/18/2011
Oh my. This is really pretty.
I really love that one part where you say Bakura never had to break Ryou's mind. Losing someone, especially losing half your family? I can see how it could break a mind.
I also love how you have Ryou's letter intermingling throughout the story. That just kinda showed why Ryou would say his line at the end.
And yes I can agree with you. Yugi? I don't think he would be the greatest at lying (I bet he could get by, but not much further). But Ryou? Yeah he does seem the type.
Enh, bed sounds nice. I will review and read the rest later.
| pinklatent chapter 1 . 3/19/2011
Wow. That makes you think, huh? I've always wondered how Ryou felt with repeatedly being possessed by a deranged 3 thousand year old spirit... Thinking he might have not even noticed (or chose not to notice)...
| Me chapter 1 . 1/23/2011
Pretty danmed awesome fic. Never mind the flamer down there. She's full of shit. This is nicely written, very in character, and very, very creepy.
Always knew something was wrong with Ryou.
| looptheloopy chapter 1 . 1/10/2011
LOL I can imagine the look on Tristan's face
| Guest chapter 1 . 12/1/2010
Hey, I just reviewed.
You know the flamer?
Well I just read one of her stories... Wow... They should be taken off FanFiction... Not becuase they were badly written and a ton of granmer mistakes, but becuase Anzu got raped by a dog... And it was rated T...
| Guest chapter 1 . 12/1/2010
Heh.. So it turns out that Ryou was already crazy to begin with...
Loved the story. Loved the weirdness. Loved the
Bakura-ness. And I loved the fact that you aren't acually dead.
I hope you update your other stories!
And don't listen to that flamer. They obvouisly weren't smart enough to either A: read or B: not read the horrible Twilight books. (no offence if you like them)
But still... That was kinda harsh...
| Rayneken chapter 1 . 12/1/2010
And here I'd thought you had died.
Great to see you posting again! (Or maybe I've just missed them...) This one-shot was aweomse. You have to appreciate Ryou... scary little boy that he is.
Thanks for posting!
| TexasDreamer01 chapter 1 . 11/26/2010
that actually makes a whole lot of sense when you compare it to the canon plot... ryou's the character that throws a wrench in the works, doesn't he?
| jeniashi chapter 1 . 11/8/2010
ooooooh pwease update soon this is awesome. so very well written and i like that you put Tristan in here to. And wow that flamer is awful. This is amazing and Nanna and Utu should keep their trap shut maybe THEY should write a story.
Chy- They did..
Jeni- Oh ya.. 3 chapters of horror*cries* they killed twilight!
Jeni and Chy- ANYWAY WE RAMBLE.. this is awesome! :
| Calm Envy chapter 1 . 11/8/2010
Aha! I just love Ryou's obliviousness... So endearing yet in a kind of way, terrible. The letters juxtaposed with Bakura's thoughts...love that too.
If I had to offer concrit, it would be for the title, which is a little bleh and doesn't match the loveliness of the story.
| ani chapter 1 . 11/7/2010
hmm... i like it but i'm not sure what to say...
love the perspective, that Bakura's analyzing Ryou. but i gotta say i truly love that Bakura realizes he's the one in danger here.
| Lyell chapter 1 . 11/7/2010
OH! MY! GOD! OH MY GOD! OHMYGOD! OMG!
YOU ACTUALLY UPDATED SOMETHING!
Are you going to do the rest now?
Probably not... No.
Sigh. Oh well. Can blame a person for having hope... Bummer.
| TeamVampire chapter 1 . 11/7/2010
I actually got really excited that you'd written something new, (after I headed over here from your dA journal post), but then I realised I'd already read it on your dA. The disappointment was painful, but I managed. And reading it again certainly didn't lessen the enjoyment. Even if it has a rather disconcerting premise...
On another note, your flamer is certainly very bold to have used their account name in lieu of an anonymous one. It doesn't really concern me either way, but I would think that flaming a rather popular author wouldn't exactly win you any admirers.
