This story is gross and immoral. Not to mention it twists characters out of shape, characters aren't your mary sues, and this guy is no weirdo. So kindly delete this

Such a stressful path to get here and it still feels like I didn't get any relief in the end. Unironically place the horror tag or something cause the anxiety one goes through reading this is nothing to scoff at. I'll have to drown in a world of fluff before I'm to feel alright again. Anyway great writing I'll read the other endings later in fear they won't actually grant any relief.

This fic is good but its missing a lot. Honestly I feel like I'm reading a highly cut down version with most of the character growth cut out, because the main characters (Ranma, Ryoga and especially Akane) very abruptly change between scenes, and I'm left filling in the gaps. It's very jarring, and it really hurts the quality of this fic.

What an awesome story! Perfectly paced, very well written and beautifully characterized. Some scenes seemed rushed or not very clear to me at first, but they made sense afterwards, and I like that. I enjoyed all the reflections from the different characters, for instance Ryoga realizing the nature of his relationship with Akane, why things wouldn't work out between Ranma and Akane, how Ranma has it harder as a boy than as a girl, how Nodoka feels trapped with the contract, how Genma comes to accept the situation and find a benefit in it (although you sailed very quickly through this one and I feel that Genma was not really like himself in being so open-minded...), Cologne's thoughts about training Ranma, and so on. Hiroshi was a nice adding too. The one person we had not quite enough of internal turmoil is Ryoga, I feel you didn't quite dwell enough on how he came to fall for Ranma and admit it. But it's ok. And the older versions of the last chapters make up for that a little bit. I found some interesting things in both versions, I couldn't say which I liked more. In any case, I loved the final scene with the boys kissing at the Tendo's, especially the newer version. I say 'final' because I think it would have been best to end the story with it. I can see your point with the next scene - make a point with the kimono - but maybe it could have been fitted in elsewhere, the scene with the kiss and the ring in Ryoga's pocket is just such a perfect ending. I have to disagree with some reviews: as much as I would looooove to read more fluff between those two written by you, I think it was a good idea to not go into an epilogue. From a literary point of view, this is the perfect ending.
One more thing: the title and summary don't really do your fic justice. I know it's damn hard to find a good title and summarizing is hard too, but with what you have here, I'd expect some silly pure-Ranko story with no real depth and I'd probably ignore it. Hell, I probably ignored it a couple of times before, until I came across it on someone's favorite list, which made me look at it twice.
I just wish you'd write more stories for Ranma, and especially RxR. Well, more than the short oneshots, I mean. Such talent should not go to waste :)

I'm still trying to get over the immense feelings the ending gave me. Just, wow.

I had just recovered from a bout of the flu and decided to look up some RanmaxRyoga fanfics for comfort, if there were any good ones. and voila, I came across yours and for the rest of the night this was all I read (while watching youtube videos during breaks lol).

For the longest time that I can remember I've always been a avid Ranma/Ryoga shipper. I occasionally mix it up among Ranma, Ryoga and Mousse, but damn does my heart beat the most for RxR.

Definitely won't deny I've read plenty of good RanmaxRyoga fics over the years, but a lot of the time they lacked a certain aspect - I kept looking for fics that explored the possibility of bisexual tendencies in the relationship - I mean come on, one of them changes from guy to girl and back? all that plot gold right there. However, I'd always end up disappointed because the fics were either entirely shonen/yaoi or boring straight.

Your fic nailed that "bi" aspect quite perfectly and in a really nice, subtle way. I'm so happy I found your fic. it definitely made my night and lifted up my mood while I recuperate.
