This is very interesting. I like it a lot. However, I think you're missing one vital facet of Mustang-the young idealistic dreamer that wants to change the world. The Mustang from before the Ishvalan War. That part of him is still in there, even if it has been suppressed and tempered a bit. It's what motivates him, what drives him forward to help others, to become Fuhrer, to change the world.
