Wow. I'm left nearly speechless. That was absolutely beautiful, AKA. It played in my head with such realism that I forgot that I was reading. Lovely, lovely.

Love, Love, LOVE your writings! You capture the characters so well. How do you find time to write when you have five kids and a business? I'm expecting number three and can't imagine how I'm going to do all the regular stuff, let alone any writing. Thanks for your stories and do continue to post more.

I read, I smiled, I didn't breathe briefly, I hoped against hope, knowing what should happen wouldn't happen. Perfect - as always

Pie, Oh Pie, Pumpkin, Pecan, Jack and Sam, what a perfect story for Shipsgiving! Loved it from beginning to end...Thanks so much! Can't wait for Tuesday when I bake my pies, just know that I will think of this story and smile...Pumpkin, Pecan, mmm, I was going to bake Pumpkin and Apple, think I might just have to add a Pecan...Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family...Pie, Oh Pie...

I laughed out loud when I read the part "bossiness seemed to be compounded by multiple quantities of estrogen." I'll have to share that with my sisters when we're together next time. The rest of the story made me sad, knowing how much Jack and Sam care for each other and they can't even share a hug without feeling guilty about it. Once again, amazing writing. Happy Thanksgiving!
