| The Giant Daifuku chapter 22 . 2/19/2011
Ah... so sad, it's actually over and I can't believe. Nice finale; I can also say I didn't expect this to be out so soon! I did feel rather bad for Orran Durai, but I like your ending here because I think that Cid died in the other one... and that would make me depressed. I'm really glad I started reading this series; thanks for the awesome reads! (Of course, I'm hanging around all the other things you write and stalking your lj too).

damn you for nearly making me tear up.
Bittersweet ending was asked for, and was delivered, but ouch. Still, this entire saga has been my favourite FF fanwork (other than maybe the animation 'Dead Fantasy'). Also in the top 5 fan-series I have read, so all I can say is it was a wonderful wonderful wonderful saga and I hope the next one starts soon.

The End. Oh, and by the way, nice ending.
| Riku Uzumaki chapter 21 . 2/19/2011
It looks like the next chapter will be the last chapter/epilogue. This series had a good run, but I guess all good things have to come to an end at some point.

sniffle... sniffle... sniff... boo hoo! Everyone got what they wanted, except for Mustadio, it seems. And just like in our side spinoffs, she still left him in the end... Ragnarok was totally cute at the end; I lol'd and my cat gave me a doom glare. However, I'm curious about his leap in logic that having humes worshipping him would allow him to be like they... is it because Mustadio is still his host? Congratulations on finishing your longest series; be warned there will be withdrawal symptoms in the months to come, and I know I couldn't resist mine :).

Oh you evil...
What a nearly-ending. This entire saga has easily been my favourite FFXIII fanfic, 'pure' or crossover. Even though I generally go H/L, you somehow made me love a crossover pairing more than a 'pure' pairing. And...I...damnit. I'm never going to find another story like this, am I? You just had to make me prefer a story which is a one-of-a-kind.
I just hope that your IV/XII will have this scope and debth. And any chance of you going into 'The Years After'?
If you ever decide you need help with any aspect of the story, be it soundingboard, beta, whatever, I'd be happy to oblige. Least I could do for someone who as supplied this much entertainment to me.
I...sorta can't believe this is over. But at least this will allow you to change your focus and move on to a different story, which with this much experience at beautiful writing will just be perfect.
Sorry if I sound a bit weird, but I'm writing as I'm thinking...

Damn school for breaking the review chain...
And...that was rather confusing. Had to read it a second time to get everything. But when I did understand it, I fell to my knees in awe of the awesomeness (not literally, but you get the idea).
And nooo...this saga is nearly over.
FFIV/FFXII next, with Rapier-wielding Balthier, right?
| Riku Uzumaki chapter 20 . 2/13/2011
I can honestly say that I have absolutely no idea what will happen next.
| The Giant Daifuku chapter 20 . 2/13/2011
Epiiiiic. I was sad when Balthier went back, but I had to say I did expect the bit with Mustadio and Ragnarok at the end. However, certainly it was intersting seeing what all of the other Lucavi felt; especially with Ultima, though. It was interesting that Ultima took over Serah, and we finally got to see what Serah actually thought about Snow going with Ashe. Definitely jealous.

AH! You cut it off! Just when things were getting interesting! Heheheh, I suspect what is going to happen, I think, but I'll only spill in private so I don't ruin it for anyone else. Balthier is going to be sooooo not happy. This was certainly a twist; rather than the graveyard of airships, it's cocoon! Exciting, excited. That was cute how Balthier and Mustadio collaborated to give Lightning a birthday present, it made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
By the way, it was chinese new year on Thursday, so here's a belated new year's greeting to you! Gong shi fa tsai!
| Riku Uzumaki chapter 19 . 2/5/2011
Yep, definitely the worst birthday in the history of history.
| HopelessRomanticist chapter 19 . 2/5/2011
Gods don't get jealous? Someone needs to pick up a book on Greek mythology.
And the REVEAL! This next part is going to be rather intense...
| HopelessRomanticist chapter 18 . 1/31/2011
Only 4 chapters left? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
And yay for using my idea about Serah. Though I guess you had it first with the comparison between the crystal tear and the Ultima zodiac stone. Anyway, awesome reveal, and cool return of Ragnarok.
What's going to happen to BalLight when the worlds seperate? Has that been decided yet?
| Riku Uzumaki chapter 18 . 1/30/2011
So you're saying that Ultima's host is supposed to be Lightning?
| The Giant Daifuku chapter 18 . 1/30/2011
The bit with Ragnarok and Lindzei together at the end was just a tad unexpected; I mean, even though I knew it was coming, I did not think it would be like that :o. That is very interesting... Balthier's prospective on all of this is also interesting, he actually seems pretty laid back about it. Ragnarok and Lindzei in your story reminded me alot of Ffamran and Balthier in my "Sands Flow Up" story, no offense. And BTW, I'm about to put out the next Bal/Light story.
