| Bergulme chapter 1 . 12/19/2010
Okay, I am not done reading, but I have to ask: What about the experiment?
Did you make Sherlock put the stuff together or is there a higher meaning? I have to ask, because I am going to be a chemist, specialised in Food and as well a very huge fan of Uncle Ben's microwaveable rice.
Benzanoic acid is used as preserving agent in food, so it is stabil and will not do much. The anhydrous copper sulphate will just turn blue, due to the water in the bag, as far as I know. It is used as a fungicide, but not in food, as it is some what toxic.
I am not sure, what will happen, if you add energie (aka put it in a mircoweave), but I am pretty sure nothing will happen. Maybe some analysis, but the methods I can think of (Fehling and Benedict) are outdated.
...Well, I am now going back to read the rest of the story...

I absolutely loved this. Very Sherlock... Well, almost completely Sherlock, but a little too slow paced for my liking? I don't know. Anywho, I'd love you to be my beta, sil vous plait - I'm having real troubles with the Sherlock aspect of my drabbles and it'd be brilliant to have someone on hand who knows what they're talking about!

How do you get city banker from high class clothes and watch? Could easily be a pr exec or highly paid defense attorney. Award? Platter style, considering it's a kitchen? What would one be able to see in a kitchen or on a person that points to banker? Business card? Too obvious. Did Sherlock pass through the living room?
Don't mind me, I get nitpicky when I'm entertained. More?

Thank you for the story. I really enjoyed John trying to figure out who Sherlock likes. Thank goodness he was wrong. It's great how you included the mystery in the story. Hope you write another John/Sherlock story soon!

I really, really like this story! First of all, awesome title! It has such a ring to it. Second of all, I really love the way you mixed in the John/Sherlock relationship with a case. Really well written! Good job! :) - AB

this was wonderful - I love how you captured Sherlock's real lack of social skills! I watched 'Study in Pink' again the other night and the lines that stand out to me are the 'dear god, what must it be like not being me?' ones, and you caught that awesomely!
loved it D
