I agree with Purple Rookie on this. I'm sorry, but this was just bad. I liked how Bungie portrayed the deaths of Noble team better than this. It added more raw emotion: smothering the hope with sadness until the very last Spartan falls. But still leaving the sense that the sacrifices of the fallen was worth it.

When I read this, I just didn't feel that spark that said, "Wow, you know what I can see this happening." But sadly, no that didn't happen. With Emile's death, I was like "Okay, little on the dramatic side. But she'll improve." To Jorge's death thinking, "What the hell? NO, just NO!" It was not even funny. now with Kat's death, I am really pissed.

I kind of liked Kat. Through my first play through, I was saddened by her death. It held so much weight. But with this, I am disappointed. You could have done so much more with this, but you didn't.

The only advise I have for you is to just rewrite this. Cause you are just cheating yourself and others of fantastic portray that, deep down, you know you're capable of. Just add more creativity and time to your writing, You can do it.

Emile's was very like something out of the climax in a thriller of a tense movie... Kat's seemed like a comidiean wrote it while you were out.

In a word: incoherent.

In several words: Your fix fic serves to actually belittle and insult the characters you say you love. Just to be frank, if you're going to "fix" the story, it had better be damn fantastic.

Honestly, The first death was epic just a tad overexxagerated. Jorge's however was just horrible and was the farthest from being epic at all.
