This is the sweetest thing I have ever read. And I do mean that as a compliment. The mental picture of Castle on the floor playing with a toddler is adorable.

Except realistically, her saying "I'm tired of running" is bullshit because given her narcissistic selfishness, she'll run the next time a problem pops up. Castle can't trust Beckett as far as he can comfortably spit the Chrysler building.

The one think I hated about the series was Kate Beckett and her narcissistic tendency to make the entire world all about her. Seriously, she really was a bitch, and I think there was plenty of reason for Castle to kick her ass to the curb.

God I really love it! I can't wait for them to have a baby! Carry on with this lovely story pleeeeease!

Hi! I just want to say that I just found out about this story and I love it! Zoey is so cute! And now that I know what happened with Caskett and reading this story, a lot of things you wrote actually happened in the series, like she was getting doubts (not about being married) coz her mom wasn't there or the intimate wedding or the fact that she didn't wear her engagement ring at work.
You really knew the characters back then! Congratulations! I hope you are still active and someday you are gonna update this story coz I love it :)
