This was agreat way to raise funds for the school and to bring back past students. It would seem that now all will know about Harry and Jinny. I am also interested in just what was up with the questions about family rings. I know this will be more than it seems.

Poor Ron, being used as an example by Hermione in class! I hope she treats him extra nice as payback. Having the game be tied until Gryffindor caught the snitch was a nice touch.

very nice story; i read it bout couple days ago wasnt able to get your stopping point so i found the time this weekend to finish what you had. good stuff though i found it particular hard to follow when you talked about harry and ginny going to have dinner few chapters ago, though i am sure you might have said it as in passing. The next scene was few days later just didn't get a clarification on that

Hey, a believable, well written Post-DH story: the Ginny/Harry interaction, the adult scenes really serve a purpose (the growing intimacy), the way how you "brought" Harry and Hermione back to Hogwarts aso.

A suggestion: Wouldn't it be nice for Harry to bring his knowledge of special places in Hogswart into play for special occasions or even as part of the tests? For example: The women toilet on the second floor and how finds the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets gets some points?

Good chapter! I love staff meeting stories. It makes complete sense that Slughorn would be totally in his element under the new breakfast/lunch seating arrangements.

Teaching people how to resist the Imperius curse is a good idea too. It's really sad that in canon Barty Crouch Jr. was probably the best Defence professor Harry had, even with being a Death Eater trying to kill him. I always like it when someone points out just how effective a teacher he was, as you have done in your story.

Good chapter! I liked meeting Healer Troovus, and I like how you brought the Gulf War and chemical weapons into it. The whole chapter had a nice feel to it, and I liked the happy ending for Mr. McKeithan.

Kingsley mentioning that the Muggles produce most of the wizards' food always makes me wonder what the wizards have to trade. The Statute of Secrecy would forbid the sale of most goods and services the wizards have to offer (with the possible exception of fortune telling), so I imagine there's a constant precious metals drain from the wizarding economy.

Good chapter - I wonder who the lurker/eavesdropper at the end is.

I think with Harry become Head of Gryffindor, he may be in for a longer run at Defence than he thinks. The requirement for Muggle studies or Wizzarding orientation is a good one.

I hope we can see some interactions between Harry and Professor Slughorn. That should be interesting.

The tail effect on Guinevere's parents certainly worked, but I fear that it will make things worse for her in the long run. It was quite an in character thing for Hermione to do, though - remembering Marietta, for example!

This was a very nice chapter. I really liked how you showed Harry introducing Connor to the wizarding world - a much more pleasant introduction than Harry himself got.

I don't think I've ever read such a scene from the introducer's point of view. Usually it's from the student's point of view.
